Santi was amazing. Personable and friendly. I really enjoyed our conversation. Although I didn’t purchase, I would definitely recommend Santi to anybody.
This dealer hits so many added on fees that it made the car too expensive. Tax title license and dock fee.I could understand I did not understand all the other fees.I felt like they were not transparent in the car.Fax price to make it a great deal. I felt like those fees should have been added on to the car at the advertised price.

Subaru Impreza 5-speed manual is a hot car! This CPO car at a great price sold very quickly. I called to check availability, and they said it was sold.
Several days later, I saw the same car on their website inventory. I contacted them to schedule a time to view the car. This time they did not say it
was sold. I arrived the next morning for a test drive, but the car was indeed sold.

Responded quickly and even sent a video. Unfortunately we were not able to come to terms for the car of interest but recommend them as a responsive dealer.

It was quick. Had a wonderful sales person, Amber Ashy, who made it quick and easy. I was an out of town buyer who didn’t have the time to waste one typically does in a dealership. I knew what I wanted explained to Amber my situation and she did the rest.

This is the second time I went to this dealership for a car that did not exist. Disappointed. At least the salesman was cordial this time.

The salesman was quick to get back to me and let me know
that the 2009 Honda Pilot Touring w/ Nav and DVD 4WD has
already been sold. The listing has been online for over a
month now and is still out there trying to bring in sales
however they no longer have that vehicle.

Lack of responsiveness. Pressured to drive in even during a storm. Salesperson Reuben wasnt well mannered. Told me crappy terms were a gift. Was waiting on down payment to be deposited. This guy wanted me to post date a check even without money in bank. Wouldn't honor end of month special 2 days later. A lot of haggling and waiting on his updates. If i didn't reach out to him he wouldn't have followed up. Ultimately wasted a week. The finance department is a joke also. All of this absurdity for a 7 year old vehicle.

My experience at Subaru of Georgetown was amazing! Both the Finance Manager and my salesperson were very thorough, knowledgeable and prepared . Additionally, they were highly professional and are very mindful of my time. Also, they were even willing to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule. I have owned a few cars in my lifetime and I can say this was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car!

Yohanna DeLaCruz, our pre-owned sales advisor, was an absolute dream to work with. She was very professional and was well informed about the product for which she was responsible. She responded with alacrity to my questions, concerns and schedule, via both telephone and email messages. She is definitely an asset to the Subaru of Georgetown organization. Others in the organization were very responsive, as well.

I went in to look at a 2006 Porsche and made them an offer 20%
below their listed value. They wouldn't budget on price even
though they have had the car for 45 days. All they did was print
out the KBB price and tell me how it's worth more than they have
listed. They didn't engage and try to make anything happen - even
try to get me to come up on price.

He was courteous, very knowledgeable of the car we chose, answered all of our questions, located exactly the car we wanted, and gave us an excellent no hassle deal. We are 100% completely satisfied.
