PROCEED WITH CAUTION! - Where to start. I was ready to purchase from this
dealership. But when it got down to signing, I noticed the bill of sale had a different trim
model. In addition, there were two extra fees to the tune of >$2500 that did not apply to
me. Also, they insisted on putting FL sales tax even though I explained I was not in FL and
that rate was incorrect. (But hey, I would get a refund at some point.) Mistakes happen, I
get that. But this was crazy.

The dealer incorrectly told us the car we went to see had been sold. After we left the dealer we were told they made a mistake. This dealership doesn’t have good customer service skills nor they demonstrate caring for people’s time.

Travis answered my call and set up my appointment, introduced Jayden as the salesman and the rest is history. The experience was terrific,absolutely no complaints. Just Wow Wee! ...... They are amazing. Phenomenal and excellent service. The moment I step in I felt welcome and treated with respect and courtesy and kindness. The environment was a delight experience. They made everything simple and very efficient with no sales pitch harassment like most dealer do. Kendra.... On my goodness! The moment I spoke to her on the phone I told my wife, I like her already before I even met her. I want to work business with her. She is the bomb and awesome. Great service with great attention to detail! When we first saw the Subaru the gas tank
was like at half. The Subaru we were trading in had 3/4 tank, and when we drove off, the
tank on the car we bought was at the same spot as the one we traded in. No big deal but
just an indication of the attention to detail! Great service and a great product!

We traveled 110 miles (one way) to Mastro Subaru of Orlando. Salesman was quick to respond to us, professional, and straight forward. He provided us with information needed ahead of time to purchase this car. The transaction went smoothly with no added surprises. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall great car buying experience.

Low-pressure sales situation with working with Angel Torres and Carlos Otero on a used Toyota. They worked with us as we brought our own financing and debated whether to trade-in. We would be pleased to work with either of them again!
The dealership seems picky on which used cars it selects, and we were not disappointed with what we found there, thanks to CarGurus.com.

I contacted this dealership by chat, text message ,then chat again. They called me once, even though I said NO calls. I asked a question ,the same question every time with no answer . They had a car I loved and I would have bought it ,but they would not tell me what it would cost for them to put s hitch on it. I have to have a hitch to tow my hover craft. None of the 3 contacts sent an answer, so 2 days after I purchased from another dealer who answered my question and made things happen. Service is important to me.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable without being overly aggressive or pushy. The cars we purchased were exactly as described in the online listing, and their finance officer was able to get us much better rates than anywhere else we've looked. Overall a fantastic dealer with my highest recommendation.

I DREAD car shopping, as I'm sure many others do, but my experience with Mastro was overall quite positive. I only stopped in to "take a quick peek" at the new Outbacks, and ended up buying one. Everyone I worked with the courteous and helpful, without being pushy, which is important to me as it would have only made me run for the hills. I also have to mention that I *may* been slightly biased after I realized it was Mastro that donated a brand new, fully decal-wrapped Subaru to a local no-kill animal shelter and even hosted an adoption event at the dealership. Little things like that are important to me, though, and I know a lot of Subaru owners tend to be pet lovers, so I'm sure I'm not the only one! Just the icing on the cake, if you will.
