They are complete liars about the price you will pay if you see it online as advertised. I wasted my time and gas to go check out a vehicle. The price online then in person jumped by thousands of dollars. By this logic they can advertise a car for $1.00 then when you arrive in person they will say the price is $250,000. Stream auto outlet should start acting like their cars are USED!!! Showing a customer what YOU are holding the car for should not be done to try and guilt trip the customer into purchasing that vehicle. I hope this whole dealership goes under and it ends up becoming a vacant building with an empty lot. Pure dishonesty wall to wall, floor to ceiling in that place.

I went to visit that dealer everything was going smooth until I sat down with the salesman. Right off the bat he told me that the price was not the price. I seen this price on car gurus which lead me to their website. Their website had the same price $19,750. When I sat with the salesman he said the price was 24,750. I was taken back because I worked for a dealership and the internet price was actual with no fee's. I drove all the way up there from queens for no reason. I will not be returning to this dealership!

Advertised Online Price: $66,990
Goal
Get a $2,000 discount to offset most of the cost for the much needed winter tires given this car comes with summer slicks OEM which is not safe in the winter season.
Dealership Experience
Pre-call was done to confirm vehicle was still available before arriving and whether the vehicle already came with all season tires which they didn’t
Met with David who was the sale associate
Test drove the car and the route was a good selection
Returned to the dealership to discuss pricing
I declined any trade-in
As David began totaling the cost. The actual sales price changed to $73,500.
The reason stated was the online price is a “marketing” scheme to get me seated in front of him. The “actual” price is fair value when compared to KBB
Feedback
I left the dealership as quickly as possible after the 9% markup and subsequent justification. There needs to be more integrity and transparency at this dealership or there is no trust.
