PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE VISITING
Before I Speak On My Experience On Yesterday 04/27/2021 Let Me Say This Whole Situation Caused Severe Anxiety. The Entire Process Was A Nightmare. You’ll Think Everything Would Go Easy If You Already Pre-Approved Well At Dick Smith Chevrolet That Is NOT the case.
I Was Pre-Approved By Global Lending Services (GLS). I Made That Aware When I First Spoke To Greg. He insisted That His Manager Said He Sure That I Can Get Approved From Somewhere Else. Me Knowing How Stressful It Was For Me To Get Approved I Said I Would Like To Stick To My Finance Company.
Hours After I Gave Him My Information I Heard NOTHING Back. He Said He Was With Another Customer Which Was Fine. When We Spoke Again He Mentioned He Cant Do Financing With GLS Because They Would Charge A $800 Fee. Then Mentioned They Made A Mistake On The Sale Price. As He Was Explaining This He Mentioned About Rising The Price. Moments Later We Agreed To Raise The Price By 800. Unprofessional!!

The Salesman was unaware that the 2017 Envision was sold the day before he booked an appointment with me. He failed to return phone calls and send an email confirming the appointment. I was spared the 100 plus round trip because I called the morning of the appointment to assure it still on and learned the vehicle had been sold.
My experience does not lend it to positive referrals. He was neither thorough or considerate.

Awesome.Erica responded in about 30 mins after I sent in a lead and had Greg reach out to me. Greg and his team did a fantastic job with my car purchase. I was 5 hours away and after 2 weeks and many pictures of the truck Greg picked me up on his day off at the airport. The truck was everything Greg said it was. Took a quick test drive and 30 mins later I was driving back to Atlanta in my new truck. If you are looking for a new vehicle make sure to ask for Greg. He will go above and beyond to take care of your vecicle needs!! Awesome sales team!!

We viewed and even test drove the vehicle the salesman did his best to show it. My rating comes in the pricing and after we brought it back to the dealership before purchasing we told them we wanted to go look at a new one . After looking at a new one we could purchase it for 3k less. We were then told must have been looking at a base model and that is not true at all . We offered to show the purchase order of new vehicle . And then they were upset and told us while we were driving the vehicle that they could have sold it . Which I question

the assistant manger contacted was helpful in the process, when carried
my wife for her to look at ,,saleman got the process started to get the car ,,
saleman answered question about the car being serviced recently,, he
informed me that it was /which it wasn't .financial officer was able to get the
car financed ,, certain things were added to sales contrack ,, not
mentioned ,ie gap insurance ,,which would have gotten anyway,, but trye
care ins ,, would not have ,,over all love the car ,, bad taste about
dealership ,,
going to place the reciept for iol change on the sales man desk for
reimbershment ,, and find out what this tyr care ins is/could have spent that
$500 on new tires,

These people are a joke, they never told me anything about the car I asked about, but kept telling me about how wonderfully they are as a dealer. In fact they are still sending me useless emails

Very interested in vehicle however learned it is at their Columbia store. Kept
receiving communications asking me what I wanted or liked in a new car
was a moot point because this was the only car I was checking...They made
me feel bad for bothering them.

Great experience. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable
on the vehicle and other matters. Very friendly throughout the
process. Answered all questions on the vehicle and sent additional
pictures. Honest and upfront on everything. I feel we received a
great deal on the vehicle and a fair deal on our trade in. Fast and
efficient on the paperwork. They salesperson even stayed late after
dealership closed helping us transfer to our new vehicle.
