Kong, was so helpful. But, most of all so honest about my trade in. We both agreed it’s best that I wait to purchase a newer vehicle once my trade in will be paid off. I highly recommend him and can’t wait to purchase my newer Tahoe in 2025 from this dealership with his assistance. I live 45 minutes away and it will definitely be worth the drive.

Drove around 200 miles to see the car and it wouldn't even turn on. After they figured out what was wrong they contacted me so I tried to make a deal for them to drop the price but they ignored my question.

Not sure how to rate communicated for 3 days as car was in for detail and inspection. Asked to contact when out to schedule an appointment to test drive but when I said I wanted to see the car for test drive they said it was sold at auction.

For 250 bucks they wouldn't close a deal I offered to buy a car 21250 and they wanted 22500 don't wast your time some dealerships are only in it for the money not to help you in any way as long as they make the money the problem with us buyers is don't make them negotiate this is America everything is negotiable

Wow, what an amazing car buying experience at Stewart Chevrolet. Terry, Jayvee,
Parwez, Rico, everyone was very professional, super welcoming, genuinely supportive. I
asked for the price I wanted, Terry was awesome and helped out with the desired price
point. Jayvee also offered free car wash and oil and detailing anytime I'm in the area. I
wish I knew about Stewart Chevrolet years ago so I can save money and get excellent
customer service and support. Please talk to Terry and the crew when you're there, they
will help.
Everyone, from the client service to the financial service, was spectacular! They did everything to ensure I was making a good, informed choice. Every step of the way was as smooth as it could have been.

Made a long trip from Santa Cruz to see car. When I got there the salesman who was very nice tried to find the status on the car and came back after 15 minutes and presumed it was sold. A half hour later I was contacted wondering if I was coming to look at car. Bad communication!

Dealer was prompt on its internet communication and offered for me to come in at my convenience. Due to work
schedule, didn't have the chance.
3 days ago I contacted this dealership, I was interested in a vehicle. Dealership contacted me back 2 Days Later and said the vehicle was available. I originally contacted them the price of the vehicle was 23884. And when they reached out to me they increase the price by $2,000. My opinion these guys are shady! Contacted him several times no answer. Please avoid this dealership. Who knows what you're going to get!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We went & seen the Cadillac & wanted to purchase it via our credit union (which we were already approved for a car loan). Mo, the finance mgr said they were in the middle of changing owners so they could not give us a puchase order to give to our credit union. He said he would call us back. He did not call us back & a couple of days later the suv was sold. Philip, the salesman was good but he didn't call us back either.

Very responsive dealer, fair deal on the car, and my sales contact(s) were eager to do whatever they could. This was a used car sale, and the turnaround was very quick all things considered (they agreed to replace some wear items as part of the deal). My only "complaint" is that though the car was clearly washed their detailer did not do a stellar job, leaving me some interior cleaning to do. Overall a positive buying experience, and I would recommend them to a friend, but I'd suggest staying on top of them about important details for the best experience.

I'm giving them four stars because Jim
M, (sales guy) was so nice to work
with...but buying a used car from them is
a bit scary. Mine was a consignment the
dealer was selling- but when I got it
checked over the next day I was told I
was lucky my tires didn't blow out on the
three hour highway drive home. The
inside part of the tires had metal sticking
out of them they were so bald. The
fluids were not changed- my wiper flew
off that morning....there were smelly
brown sticky stains under the dealer
plastic they stuck down on both
sides...the list goes on and on....

call them . I m very busy with
family in hospital so my time is

Very poor; inquired about one car was told it was sold more than a month ago, but a month later it was still there on website. Kept spelling my name wrong when it was clearly spelled out on my email and repeatedly tried the "bait and switch" tactic when I specifically stated which vehicles I was only interested in. Too pushy, as if they knew what was best for me and I was just a stupid woman that needed a man's direction as to what I should buy with MY MONEY!
