Irie was super easy to work with . I provided me with all good and bad things he say on the truck. I did not buy
from him, for the reason of the power train warranty was 60000 on trucks from Canada and 100,000 on trucks
from the US so for that reason I purchased elsewhere he took the time to video the truck and send that video
to me since he was over an hour away. If all things were equal I would have bought that truck because it was a

Excelent...
The salesperson immediately became very defensive when I told her that we were dealing with multiple dealerships looking for the best price. She immediately said after 15 minutes “ I hope you consider the time that I spent with you” As an educated consumer, this was a normal procedure to shop for the best price. The sales manager came out and conveyed the same message that she hopes that I consider the time that the associate spent with me. Also, they install Lojack on all the vehicles and our particular vehicle had over $2000 in unwanted add ons that I had no interest in purchasing. I would definitely not recommend this dealership unless you do not want to negotiate for the best price and are willing to be bullied into paying a higher price for the vehicle. I never write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to let other people know exactly what this dealership stands for.

Dealer left ad up when vehicle was sold. Vehicle is still showing available. Need to be more detailed.
I called the dealer and said that I was interested in the car but needed an inspection
first as I was remote. I then arranged a pre-purchase inspection with the closest
Ferrari dealership which I explained to the dealer I would pay for both. Later, the
dealer said someone else had bought the car. The dealer never asked me for a
deposit. It was a waste of my time to go through the process. I understand the dealer
has the right to sell the car but should have asked me for a deposit if that is what he
needed. Salesman was very courteous and helpful, but never asked for a deposit.
It was alright, some of the sales people know more than others and some information was miscommunicated, but they got me to the person that knew his stuff. Won’t give 5 stars because it was perfect, but they were good, not overly aggressive and when I ended negotiations they weren’t annoying. Easy to work with if you’re prepared with all your info and forthcoming/honest with your vehicle photos and data.

I went to buy the car they knew I was coming and sold the car. Then they constantly kept trying to get me to change insurance and peer pressure me to buy a car I didn’t want when they knew I was coming to buy that black Toyota.

I was insulted when asked for a cash price that was much higher than the
advertised price.
After speaking with some others in the area, they concurred that this
company tried to take advantage of me, due to my request to pay in cash.

Even though Wilmington was a little far for me to go look at a car the staff were nice until a point and then the car was sold out from underneath me like that. Poof, gone!
