4WD truck. Scott Ewan got back with us and was very helpful through

Drove 93 miles and when I arrived informed me the truck sold the day before. Said they sent an email but I
never received. Then started talking about other trucks available and recommended a place to eat. As you
can tell I was not very happy!

Responded very quickly to our inquiry. Sales staff very courteous, answered our questions, not pushy, took time necessary was not in a rush. Even though we did not buy this vehicle they were very polite.

Joey Clark the salesman at Merle Kelly Ford did email and call me promptly. He gave me the information I needed to take the 100 mile drive to look at the car. It was everything he said it was and I purchased the car from him. Joey and the rest of the staff at the dealership did a great job of handling the sale and preparing the car for me to get it back home the same day.

Good company to work with, very friendly, timely communication and helped me get the car I bought from Kansas to Texas. I got a great car at a great price, my only complaint would be the company they used for the car transportation. When I received the car it was very muddy and had mud on the inside. Obviously this is not the dealerships fault but I would just make sure if you have your car shipped out of state to verify the ratings and experience on the shipping company.

they would radther loose a lot of $$ instead of helping out a local and giving them a good deal...they take them back to the auction and loose $$ there because I go to the auctions all the time with a friend dealer and there is an averaghe of $3500 loss on newer trucks.

The car looks better in the photos. Striping on the vehicle is intermitten and on the front passenger side bumper cover paint has peeled off. The dash is cracked in two places and the driver door only un locks manually. The vehicle had been in a wreck and the dealership didn't know until we asked for a car fax report. The sales person made the comment when I mentioned the difference between the photos and in person, "that's only cosmetics". Which happens to be a important factor in a lot of carbuyers decisions.
