I called and talked to a sales representative that told me the vechicle was availble and I made an appointment for appx 30 mins after. He assured me it would be there.... when I got there the person I was told to ask for wasn't there, they told us to wait..... 30 mins later, they come get us and say that vechicle wasn't available and they had many others to show us. Obviously a bait and switch, I just left after he left us yet again for another 20 mins.

Mileage was not 10k, it was double at 19k. Typo. Paid cash but process was still almost 6 hours. Not on a Saturday, Friday. No idea what makes buying a car such an exhausting stressful process.
I was under about additional stress at end of process to make decision on additional insurance.
I normally do not buy but this time picked three of the many choices due to statement -have to pick now. Can change mind and want later but if pay now and change mind then ‘a check will be cut’ to reimburse a prorated amount. I have changed my mind. Now have to see if I will get the money back. How much will be deducted for having a week.
I would like the information system to be shown to me.

Horrible. I was told the vehicle was in for repairs when I
was driving in from 3 hours away to see it. I checked on
vehicle for about 2 weeks expressing my interest. Even
offered to place a down payment. I even told them that
this would be a cash sale. Eventually, I was sent a
message stating the vehicle sold while the salesman was
supposedly on his day off. It seems to me that Sterling
McCall did not want to sell this particular van but wanted
me to buy a more expensive one.

I found the car I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. I contacted the
dealership, and they got back with me right away. Since I was in another state,
they recommended to me that I have a third-party inspection company check
out the car before I purchased, which I had intended to do, but it was nice that
they suggested it. They made the vehicle available to the inspector, and that
went well. Negotiating the price was simple and straightforward. I pick the car
up in Houston on the 13th.

Their advertised price was different and changed from

Dealer responded quickly to our inquiry on a Thursday night and we picked up the car Friday morning. Dealer was nice enough but not over friendly, which was fine because we knew he wasn’t trying to kiss up. Very quick and easy process.

They responded quickly to my email, scheduled a test drive for the next day. Bought the traverse that day, my only negative was the issue of the date of when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. They did redeem by getting me a rental until my vehicle would be done. Still 5 stars.

Raul, car technician guy from "internet sales" was great. He seemed honest and transparent. Everyone else I dealt with pulled basic and tacky
sales tactics. From the sales manager to the financing guy, they all clearly just wanted to get the most money out of me in any way possible.
I'm guessing this happens almost everywhere but I was really disappointed to experience it firsthand.
In the end, I got the car I wanted and I negotiated my way through most of it probably because I also work in sales and I could spot the lies
and misleading statements. I also asked friends and family about their experiences at dealerships so I knew what to look out for. Don't come
here unprepared and make sure you read everything and ask many, many questions. Try financing elsewhere first to have comparisons.
There is so much advice out there to make sure you don't get a bad deal, I was in a rush so I did end up compromising on some things.

This dealership was Not terribly responsive. They
never contacted me regarding my inquiry. After I
contacted the dealership I felt like I was doing all
the work. I am an out-of-state buyer and Shad
asked me to âjust fly inâ the day after Christmas if
I wanted to buy the car rather than make
arrangements with me prior to my arrival. I
explained I was happy to complete the financial
part and make a deposit but didnât want to travel
1,000 miles without a guarantee. Shad suggested
we wait several days and see if the car was for
sale. Great price for the vehicle, but the people
were difficult to deal with. Ultimately, I bought a
car elsewhere.

After contacting the dealer via CarGurus, I received an email and phone call from Marc at Sterling McCall about 10 minutes later. I didn't expect to have some free time the next day, but things worked out and Marc had the car parked out front for me as soon as I arrived to the dealer. He was patient with my need to ask questions and think things over. My only complaint is that the estimate monthly payment sheet didn't quite match the finance office's numbers, but everyone was eager to answer my questions and explain why. I didn't feel pressure to buy the car, and I received a pretty good deal for my trade in. Its been less than a week since I got it, but I absolutely love this car!

I don’t know how long this car sold for someone else before I saw it on Cargurus. When I saw it and requested an appointment to buy this car, they emailed me to inform me that they already sold it. They should take this deal out after the purchase is finished.

The salesperson was very good. Quick communications. The. vehicle was as described and what i expected, very pleased. The finance process took to long. Almost two hours and i was paying cash - no financing. Reminded me why i hate dealerships - i had used an online service for my last vehicle and it was great and they delivered right to my home. Dealerships need to start focusing on expediting the process or online delivery will take over. Just to long of a wait to give them your money - makes no sense

Sterling Mccall was fantastic as always. They got back to me with regard to my inquiry within about fifteen minutes and answered my questions immediately. The answers
were not what I had hoped (car was listed as a manual, it was in reality and automatic) to hear, but they still followed up immediately and it truly seemed like they cared.

The sales man where trying to sale me the car for a little more than what CarGurus had in list as fair deal . But what really blow my mind is that I have l 695 credit score never broke contract. Never had late payment , everything paid off. And they where trying to finance me a 11.7% interested . I asked why he said the car was to old , and that was the best they could do. They later try to work with me but I was seeing to much shady people . If you want to buy from here , do your homework and hang on to your wallet .

Before the sale was great ! After sold ! Treated me like dirt ! I was told to bring back for some touch up work , went there , left the car to salesman , thirty minutes later , got a call from him saying the car is dirty , I need to come back get the car wash before the job ! Saying it’s dealer policy ! I threatened to cancel the sale and he said go ahead ! Then he called back in few minutes saying he’s got it washed ! What kind of customer service is that ? For forty years , I bought many cars ! This is the first time I got treated like this ! I will tell all my friends about this !

Apo and Ahmed were outstanding. Car was delivered to my house! I did not expect this with a used car but I got it. Dealership addressed relevant issues with vehicle as well, front end and some and flickering lights. All is well. Good truck, good price, good service. What more are we looking for in a dealership? The sales man was good but when I got home with the truck , my wife smelled something, I found out that the smell was radiator fluid from when the hose are radiator had erupted. I had seen brown on the hose and in other places but it was not until we got home , engine at operating temp did we smell , what I know to be radiator fluid. I brought the truck back for that reason and noises brakes and belts.

Told them I was coming, truck sold just before I got there. Salesman I
contacted was off and was not made aware I could have put small deposit
to hold until I got there. Did not find out about deposit until I got there.
Wasted a trip across Houston. However, the gentleman who helped me

Asif responded to my calls and inquiry about the vehicle promptly. I made time to head out there to see a specific used car model of interest after work and AFTER I had him confirm that it was indeed in good shape. He told me the vehicle was in great shape and that he felt so strongly enough that he had recommended it to his brother in law to buy, if I didn't want it.
When I got there, we walked to the backlot where the vehicle had been left. Upon gazing my eyes upon it I immediately noticed its paint job which appeared to have been sandblasted off (coarse and fine scratches all over, but especially hood and mirrors) and in certain areas it was down to the primer, whereas others had developed rust. He then proceeded to convince me that he had done a "pass by inspection" & he hadn't noticed the horrible paint job. No matter the case, I left with the impression that he either needs to see an eye doctor immediately or his brother in law has exceptionally low standards for vehicles, or perhaps... both?
Adding insult to injury (my wasted time) was that the dealership was pretty much asking the market price for this vehicle as if it was not in need of any major repairs (entire vehicle needed to have a paint job, seriously), and he was offered me a "deal" $500 off" to buy the vehicle. I left laughing.

I wanted car very much, submitted paperwork, application, and had 2k down payment ready they even ran my credit. They didn't hold vehicle and when other buyer didn't buy they call and email me back wanting business back.
