It's really frustrating to see that this is still listed online even though it's already sold. Feel free to cancel that test drive you took it upon yourself to schedule even though I didn't commit to anything yet. There's no vehicle to try out, and now I don't trust you, sadly. Great experience. This dealer struggled with an internal policy that would usually require two trips by the purchaser due to financial arrangements , but they provided great service by delivering the vehicle to my home! All stars in my opinion!

Everything was going good until they wanted $3,000 as a refundable deposit to save the Toronto wanted for 3 days without telling me if my application was accepted could not get a straight answer from anybody. I won't be using these people again.

I would’ve given 5 stars but I felt deceived. I was told the car I wanted was ready to be sold but when I got there after paying $40 for a Uber the car didn’t pass inspection. Then my salesman found 2 other cars that didn’t pass inspection. After sitting there for 6 hours and trying to finance a car that I clearly couldn’t afford I had to pay $40 more dollars to get back home only for my salesman to call me and tel me that a car I had been looking at all day I could afford and get approved for. I’m a disabled veteran that needed a car and they played me big time

This vehicle was not ready for purchase. Was sent out to a service shop. I was told the seatbelts didn’t work. They didn’t know when they would get it back. So they have vehicles online like they’re ready when they aren’t. I drove 50 miles for no reason.

You guys are running some sort of scam. Was contacted by Grady. He set an appointment. He told ne the Acadia is ready to be shown. I arrived on time. Grady then told me the vehicle was in prep and not able to see it. He tried very hard to upset me, but I was there to see that particular vehicle. He did not allow me to see it, which leads me to believe the vehicle didn't even exist. I now realize it was a bait and switch tactic.

This could have been a 4 or even 5 star experience, except for one thing. When a dealership advertises a car for one price, I expect it to be sold at that price. But when you increase the price, over 1k with "add-ons," at the time of purchase, that I assumed would have been reflected in the sticker/advertised price, or at least clearly presented as an option. But Instead we were told they were already on the car and could not be removed. So the above mentioned car was not sold at 29,541, instead add on approx $1500 more for a Nitro tire pkg, wheel locks, and a special interior and exterior coating. Deceptive advertising!! The sales and financing departments were friendly, patient, and efficient otherwise.

Very little and average communication. Mostly just form emails. And when I agreed to receive text messages, I received none. Had to follow up and then they had no idea which vehicle I was interested in.

Called about a truck that was In stock and I was ready to purchase but I was out of town and sales person said they will call me back the next day, next day passed and never got a call so I called the 3rd day with out being able to get ahold of the same sales man then the manager answers me with how do I expect to get a truck at the price that it was advertised. Very disrespectful!

Wasn't happy when I realised they where adding $995 onto the agreed sales price for wheel locks and nitrogen air, when I told them I did not need this add on they said they automatically add it to every auto they sell.. I decided to buy my truck elsewhere.

They contacted me right away in the morning, so I thought it off well. But more and more I had to keep calling and asking questions, and no one seemed to be able to answer the phone. The sales person left for the day so I wanted to be transferred to someone else because my husband and I were ready to buy that day. I was on hold for almost a half hour. I hung up, called back and told them that another dealer in the area was able to accommodate us and we would be taking our business elsewhere. Poor communication, and no accountability. We bought our truck somewhere else the same day.

I called before leaving from Port Arthur to test drive a 2015 silverado, and I was told that the truck was available and that they were getting the keys ready for when I arrived. Once I arrived at the lot 4 hours after I called they told me that the truck wasn't there, that it had been sold couple days ago to another dealership and that they never took the listing down. Very unprofessional, and the listing is still on as available.

I've been in contact with them at least four times asking for pictures of an Escalade. The dealership only has 4 pictures online. I've asked twice through the cargurus request form, once over phone, and once over the dealers website chat. It's apparently impossible to get information, unless in the dealership.

Got a price quote which was supposedly the lowest price. Then to my surprise in the quote they added $2000 for wheels and tires that were already installed and pictured in the ad. Next week after I bought a different truck from a different dealer they lowered the price $1000 which was what I was requesting. But I got a better deal elsewhere anyways. Just beware of added costs with this dealer.

At first this car dealership was wonderful then they realized I was not financing through them so they can make the Money they decided the only way I was getting the car is if I gave them a down payment even though my bank was financing 100% I will never ever step foot in this dealership again!!!!! had to leave with $1000 out of my personal accounts in order to have the vehicle and the finance officer was going off on everyone in his office about this deal he just kept saying that I needed to finance the car through them and then my husband could re-finance it through our bank it was no point in that why pay tax title and license twice so they could make money

The initial Reply from Carlos in internet sales was great..salesman at the store I met with (mark) Was great !!!....but, car was not so great....lots of paint chips.....wheel rash....and not normal engine noises while running...way above retail on price for its condition ..I was expecting a excellent serviced and prepped vehicle upon my arrival to view .....after driving 100 miles to see this car. (jaguar xk) thislooked to be a after 60 days not sold auction car at best....trying to make the money of the "make" of car instead of the actual condition.....it's a shame most dealerships don't prep cars To present them in a better way now....and this "no haggle" price crap is pretty arrogant system to me..price is set high and will they will not reduce price because some guy in another state has set the price without even seeing or evaluating it... ...they set the price and you buy it.... or walk away ....is their thoughts....I'll walk away before buying a car above high retail that needs lots of obvious work...it's all about the money now....and how much service work they can sell....not customer satifaction like they pretend to push...( customer care don't pay salaries to the salesman to keep them there..)..high sales volume and profit does in the real world....(have a sales manager tell you the truth about that)......everyone around needs to be careful and not just give in on car purchases ... do to overpaying on a set price ...do your research and find listed price values before shopping,....if it's way above your budget ?...."pass on it"....it's that easy!!!...there's plenty more out there and a hungrier salesman and dealership that Will work with you I bet....

I had found the car on Car Gurus one night and, when I checked with Sterling McCall, at first they said, "Yes, I'm sure it's still here...it was here when I left last night." A few minutes later they said, "Well, it looks like someone has put a deposit on it. I can check to see if it seems like a solid deal and call you back." I had to call them later in the day, and they said, "Sorry, but it seems the car is gone." They were perfectly pleasant on the phone, but it seems they should have a little better grip on which cars are acually available.

Nice, but WAY pushy salesman. Good car. That old game of 'I have to ask my supervisor' on every question, going away from the desk to ask, then giving me the ultimatum 'we can only offer this price tonight'. If he hadn't been so pushy, I would have bought the car (rental car, but a very good deal). Apparently he was a new salesman. I know if works on many people, but pushiness just pushes me away...even if the deal is good.

We agreed on a price, when I arrived they refused to honor it and tacked on an extra $4k. the sales guy said they didn't realize what kind of tires they had on truck. And, they pulled out all the theatrics when it came down to them trying to negotiate with me. Whatever...Their loss. I took my business to Finnegan in Rosenberg.
