Great Experience. Jasmine was great. We didn't get the Scion but purchased the Chevrolet Cruze Turbo. We test drove 3 cars and she was so nice and patient. She wanted us to find the perfect car for us. The financing was easy, no haggling didn't feel pressure to buy. Our finance person I believe her name was Lupe forgive me if that isn't her name went through the paperwork thoroughly. We appreciate the Gift cards from Starbucks!! Overall it was a great experience Great Team. Thank you guys for making it so easy for us.

Went to the dealership and spoke with Mark. Mark took time explaining the features of the car to us and even took a test drive. We test drove the FX35. I liked it, but my wife didn't like ride, and the price was more than I expected, so we didn't buy. But our overall experience was positive. I would definitely go back.

Jazmin was awesome and very helpful. She followed up with me several times. I should be going back this weekend to most likely purchase the truck. :)

The agent was very helpful however since I spoke with them I told them that he van needed to be financed under my business. They made me go all the way over there just to tell me after checking with the owner that they doesn't finance under business names. Incredible waste of my time...

Even though I didn’t end up buying the Jeep I test drove ,at no time did I feel pressured,a totally relaxed experience. Mark and the staff are very friendly and professional. The manager wanted to speak to us before we left. He said if we wanted to ,we could take the vehicle for the day, just as long we had insurance. He encouraged us to take the vehicle to any mechanic in the area and to please have it checked over to our specifications. I live 70 miles away and I will go back when I’m ready to buy. I highly recommend this dealer.

It was a long drive to make a deal. 6 hours of waiting is way too long. Couple issues I have but were resolved at a later.date unfortunately I will not get that time back. But at the end the GM was very helpful and satisfying my concerns and made things right.

The card had the need oil light on and would not turnover. It was very disappointing. I would not recommend taking time to visit this dealer.

I want to test drive this vechiel so I get to the dealership and the car has the trunk all beat up and the front a cheap touch up job also the tires were all mix and match different brands all four worst dealership I ever been to.

They told me the car was was on a salvaged title. No games were played. Honest.

They posted the wrong cars on Cargurus... I drove close to 50 miles in the rain that day to see the car and when I got there, they told me it was sold. Other Fiat they listed on the site claim it was automatic, but when I got there, they told me it was a manual. On top of that, the salesman don't have any knowledge of Fiats... It's ridiculous!!

Poor custome service.

Even though I talked to someone at the dealer on the phone twice that day (the second time was 30 minutes before I arrived there), they didn't have the car that I was asking about on the lot. Someone had taken it out to be inspected, but they hadn't told me. They said that the car would definitely be back on the lot by the next morning and that they would call me to reassure me that it was actually on the lot. I ended up finding the same car for a similar price at another dealer that looked less sketchy. In the end, they did not call that morning. They called the day after saying that the car had finally been returned. I would not suggest this dealership.
