Shady. The dealer fee of $500 is not listed anywhere on CarGurus so when we sat down to talk price there was an extra $500 on top of the price listed on CarGurus. When we pointed out some things wrong with the car (A few hundred dollars worth of things) they went back to talk to the manager and came back and didn't budge an inch on the price and the car had been on the lot for over 160 days.

We offered a down payment to the sales manager Friday afternoon because we were short on time and we’re on a lunch break. We were reassured no need for a down payment the vehicle would be there. We paid and had the vehicle inspected and told then sale manager we would be there Saturday afternoon to close the deal and they sold the vehicle up from under us. We wasted time, money and had our kid expecting a vehicle all to be lied to. Bad business and absolutely exceptable I will never do business with them!!!
Went to the dealership and looked at a vehicle. The price online $13,900, was offered $13,500 if I would start the buying process that night. Due to time restraints I had to wait until the next day to start purchase. The next day started purchasing process and the price was increased to $14,200!!!
Look at the price history, it tells you everything you need to know!!! I would be careful with this dealership, the whole situation was very shady. I have never had a dealership attempt to raise a price on a car after financing was started. Be sure to get the TOTAL price of the car, not just the payment amount!!!!

In one word....Awful
Extremely slow process with very poor customer service. Typical game played between sale person and manager.
Car I made contact about was sold prior to arrival; Decent selection of other cars but not priced as aggressively.

Talked to salesman on Friday to
make sure the car i wanted to test
was still available to test drive and
was told it was. Arrived on
Saturday and was told by another
salesman that it sold earlier in the
week. I drove an hour on Saturday
just for the test drive.

I was told they had two 2015 Xterras in
their inventory. I went through the
process of applying for credit and was
approved, only to find out both Xterras
were "just sold" (one of them to the owner of the
dealership, allegedly) but they had a 2012
they could sell me. What really makes me mad about
this whole farce is I now
have a hard inquiry on my credit report
for no other reason than this dealership
was trying to get me to buy a different
vehicle. Additionally, I had to call/email the
dealership several times because no one would get
back to me. I guess they had to get their story
straight before calling back. What's even more
infuriating is their website still shows both vehicles
as being available. Here's a thought, UPDATE your
website. I would recommend that
everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS
DEALERSHIP.

I saw truck on line, made deal for 9000, test drove on Tuesday, I told sales person that I was going home to think about it, on Wednesday I told him I wanted to buy the truck , and he told me the price went up 600 dollars, he never told me that the deal was for Tuesday only, so I felt like they totally did a bait and switch on me, so I thought it sucked in that aspect.
