Poor communication, wouldn’t take deposit. Bad flexibility, sold car while I was on the way to purchase. I found a better deal on a better car with a better dealership and staff. it was meant to be!
I purchased a vehicle from Starling Ford that was later found to have serious safety and mechanical issues that should have been identified prior to sale. Independent inspections revealed defects that make the vehicle unsafe to drive.
Despite being notified and provided documentation, the dealership has been unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to get an independent inspection before purchase and to keep everything in writing.
