Dealer advertised a price then increased it by 25,000. They told me the advertised price is not correct and they don’t control the price advertising on this platform.

There is a broken parking sensor on the rear bumper and the dealer will not return my call to have it repaired. I feel that since the vehicle I purchased is not a GM product, they don’t care or this is how they treat customers after the sell. In light of this, I do not recommend this dealership.

Desiree promptly reached out to me about my inquiry,
and offered to answer my questions. O ce she emailed
me the Carfax, I noticed it said the vehicle was traded
on at her dealership more than 7 months ago. I texted
and asked if indeed it has been on their lot for that
long, she said that was incorrect and then told me it
was marked as sold, and is not available anymore. Did
another salesperson sell the car while she was
contacting me? I'll let you draw your own conclusion

It was disappointing to find out they didn't have this suv in stock. I was already approved for a car loan through my bank, but no Trailblazers available. The ones in transit, were offered at a higher price that I can afford. Customer Service was good, but the negotiation didn't work out.
Reached out on 4/1/22 in regards to a truck they only had six exterior pictures posted. I simply asked if somebody could email me some interior pictures.
I received an email back from their internet sales person Lexi asking for a good time to talk. I had no desire to talk until I saw pictures of the interior so I simply asked again for pictures of the interior. By close of business that I had not received pictures of the interior, so I fired off another email asking once again for the pictures. At that point I just gave up.
On Tuesday 4/5/22 I received an email from Nicole Lofland, internet sales manager, Asking if Lexi had answered all my questions. Of course I responded saying that I was still waiting on the interior pictures. Here we are two days later and still no reply.

Not even 1star. They mis-represented items added to the final price list for the car. List price was $16800, a few days after I test drove the vehicle it was reduced on CarGurus to $16000. I received the final price quote and it was back up to $16800 with a final price of $20,000+. Over $4000 In so called taxes and fees. I wouldn't buy a pair of Roller Skates from this dealership.

Starling did a bait and switch on me. I went to check it out and they told me they sold it. I went back the following week after that and the vehicle was still there. Not only did the dealer lie to me, they completely lost my business in any other future car purchases
We were amazed how friendly and fast they were . We walk in looked at truck they were not pushing. We took are time look over truck and was very satisfied. We started the purchasing part there was no haggling we got what we wanted at the price and payments we wanted . I would highly recommend this dealership.

They were cool. Truck I wanted sold before we could make a deal.
The price was reasonable, and the car was just what I was looking for. Even the $1,500 transport charge to Oregon seemed reasonable. However, when the dealer wrote the proposal, the price had increased from $19,998 to $20,279. When the other fees got added in, the car went to nearly $25,000. The $900 doc fee, $200 taxable fees, $400 in non tax fees and $1,500 in taxes seemed crazy for a car that would never be driven in Florida. It really seemed like $3000 in junk fees to me. I would rather do business with a dealer that discloses all fees in their advertising. I would not have wasted my time on a $23,000 car.

I was very disappointed! I was ready to buy the car,
when Anthony brought Eddie out and told me the price
was not $8,700, but over $10,000.
WTF? I didn't know the listed price in Cargurus or the
'internet' price was less than the final price! That's really a
lousy way of doing business. I drove almost 70 miles,
over an hour and a half to get there. Then they tell me
the price is $1500 or $1600 more than I was expecting.
AND there is a problem with the car. It needs a power
steering pump, which they might not be able to find the
part to fix it. Holy stuff!
I won't be having good things to say about Starling
dealership.

Great service bought the car!
I wish I've could have given this dealer a 5 experience. The staff was Very pleasant and courteous, even though they was closing.
!!! But, unfortunately,.. The GM never knew this vehicle had internal structure damage. And NO one, couldn't ever get financed. Cause NO lender wouldn't ever take the risk. So he should have advised the internet sales dept. --- To ONLY disclose advertisement. As CASH ONLY deal. Sorry & Disappointed,.. But that's the Fact.!!!

The people at the dealership were great.
They responded almost inmediately and the girl seemed to care and very helpful. I made an appointmet with her and we spoke on the phone confirming that l would be there that day at 2.30 PM. When l got there she came out and introduced me to a salesman and said he would be asisting me for the process. What l really did not appreciate was that when he went to get the keys of the vehicle for the test drive, he came back and told me that the vehicle l was there for had been sold the night before. She should have mentioned that when l spoke to her that morning. Then of course they had another vehicle similar to the one l wanted, but way more expensive. I drove over 20 minutes for nothing. I didn't see the girl when l came out of the dealer, but l sent her a mail complaining about what had happened with me and she apologized saying that since the sale was done the night before the vehicle still appeared as available. It may be true, but a total turn off for me. The salesman was helpful.

Living two hours from St. Cloud, all of the communication was through text and email. I advised the Internet Rep. that I had a specific budget, he sought and got the approval that we needed before making the trip from Gainesville to view and test drive the van. Kerry and Sammy took great care of us when we arrived. The van was as represented on CarGurus and we enjoyed a quick and easy buying experience.

Decent pricing right away and only had to argue the trade in a bit(that’s expected of any dealer) but an overall good experience. They were nice enough to send me our garage door opener we forgot in the other vehicle when they didn’t have too. Over all nice guys and I would shop there again.

Tom was great. He made my experience very comfortable. It’s been a little difficult trying to reach the other associates after the deal but Tom is always reachable and is able to answer any of my questions. Overall a very good experience.

The Internet consultant Felicia was very rude to me, even though this happened I still got my question answered on a car they had sold already but still had it up on car gurus this got me mad as she then tried to tell me if I wanted to view their Chevy sedan inventory while the car I wanted was a Subaru. Very annoying

Wanted an OTD price. The employee said he would text me it or email. Never received. Kept wanting me to come in and look at other models. Felt like I was being pressed into car shopping on the lot. Informed I lived across town and didn’t want to drive all the way over to be let down. Response time was pretty quick, as any dealer that is hungry for a sale, but the over all pushy feeling had me starting to look else where.

So far, much is to be determined. Initial contact was made but I'm not a quick
sale on such matters so the interest softened and the interaction has
declined. We are 50 miles away so I'm unwilling to make a casual trip without
a target agreement to work with. That has yet to occur. If no response in the
near future, we'll be looking elsewhere.

Drove a 2 hour ride to see a used Cadillac cts 2017 luxury. Since it was a long drive I called them saying I'll be there in 2 hours and I even gave them amother call saying I'll be at the dealership in 30 minutes. When I got there they had no idea what car I wanted and the car wasn't even pulled up and cleaned it was disgusting. They also ran my credit right away before when even started talking about price. The car was going for 33k on their Internet price the sales guy was even trying to sell it to me at sticker price at first and I told them I wanted the car for 30k because after doing long research I knew I could get the car for 30k. Sales guy didn't even talk to his manager shook my hand and said I can't do that and sent me on my way. Literally 2 weeks later the car price drop to 31,500. I find it funny how they swore that 33k was the best they can do and then drop the car down a grand and a half more. Do not buy from this dealership they are a joke

I've been to a lot of car dealers and talked to a lot of salesmen. But I really
enjoyed working with Anthony and Ben (salesmen), plus the internet
salesman. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. They were not
pressuring me like some of the dealers did. I felt very comfortable with them.
The service they provided was very professional . I would highly recommend
Starling dealership to anyone.

I purchased this vehicle. Cory the sales person
was great. I didn't give them 5 stars because
when it came time to purchase that portion was
not smooth and it had nothing to do with the
sales person. There were lots of questions and
clarifications on the certified pre owned warranty.
The dealer made good on everything and it was
worth the nearly 2 hour drive to buy a Vette at a
more than reasonable price. Just don't expect
them to knock off a lot of $ because they already
discount the market value in their pricing. I would
not rule them out for future purchases.

Greg Carter was professional and ready to help.
Although the dealer contact was rapid, I drove 2 hours to test drive this car
and it was not as advertised. There is damage that has been repaired on the
right passenger door of the car under the mirror, and repaired poorly. The
right front rim is chewed up as well, and there may be damage on the right
rear. The car also idled roughly even after warm up. Disappointing........
They were nice enough on the phone, but felt this was a wasted trip.

Salesman couldn't find two cars that the dealer had posted online as
being available and didn't know how to search on their own
computer to see what car was available. I asked to see another new
car and he searched for five minutes before he could find the keys.
They also had a pickup truck in front of the dealership with the
stereo blaring extremely loud music and you couldn't hear what the
salesman was saying, very unprofessional, untrained staff. I would
not recommend this dealership to anyone!
