These people were extremely nice and accommodating to me. From the moment that I
requested information about this vehicle, someone called me, made contact via email
and continued to text me. They worked with me on the amount of down payment. This
Dealership treated me very well. They had my deal ready to sign via text and phone
calls the day before I was scheduled to take the vehicle. The salesman, Kyle Lemaster
is so very nice and he bends over backwards with a smile to make sure that his
customer is happy. Johan and Ceasar in Finance are also awesome guys and I will
certainly recommend them to others and l am likely to return when I'm ready to trade!

Drove 2 hrs to buy a slightly used car from them. They did not even have the courtesy to wash and clean the car. The cars tires were in bad shape and tried to just take off 300 plus they only could find one key and lost the other and would not adjust the price for the key which costs over 500 to get another!

Best car buying experience!! went to look at the car and in 2 hours I was out
the door driving away. I highly recommend Jack Hine, the salesman.
They called me quickly after I inquired on a truck. The internet division took additional pics and sent a video of vehicle so I could get a better look. Although I didn't buy vehicle due to it not being exactly what I was looking for, they made the effort to show me everything available on the lot too. I've bought a vehicle there before and were fair on pricing.

The guy that called was nice but I kept getting calls from an 844 area code
and they wouldnt leave a msg so I finally answered and it was some call
center connected with that dealer. That was very annoying. When I
mentioned it to the guy he said he had already informed them not to call me
but I guess it takes a while for the info to get thru the channels...Anyway the
car was too new; I'm looking for an older model w the gear changes on the
steering column.

Very good people
Even though we were not able to come to an agreement, I would highly recommend Jack in sales to anyone. He was very patient, treated me like a person, answered all my questions and was very professional. He didn't try any sort of high pressure sales tactics and was very upfront about everything. Jack showed me today the perfect example of how a car buying experience should go.

Received a decent price, had the car delivered out of state, received the
car within a few days of finishing paperwork and payment for car. Jack
and his manager were good to communicate with and I received a u-tube
video of the car. This situation worked out for me, despite not being
present to see the car or talk face to face. Car delivery was probably
quicker than normal and I really expected delivery in about 8 days, which
is probably a little closer to normal. That is if you buy from out of state. I
probably would have flown down to check the car, if it were not for the
holidays.

Great price on a great car, so we bought it. Sales staff were great. Everyone was really courteous and treated us nicely. The finance man seemed a little presumptive at times, but overall a good experience.

Called the night before around 7pm to check on the truck I was
interested in. Salesman told me is was there and ready. I made an
appointment to see it the next day at lunch. At 8am the follow day he
called me to say the truck went under contract the night before after
I called. Not impressed.

The car I was interested in was not there anymore. They showed me another one but couldn't drive it. Then there was a Corolla, it was there but the dealer couldn't tell me for sure if it was available...Then I gave him a $25.00 ExxonMobil coupon that was their way to thanks potential customers stopping by but since 2
weeks now, I didn't receive anything and most importantly they don't answer my emails. However their Internet Dpt doesn't stop sending me emails to find out if I am still interested in buying a car or not. Not sure how the communication is working in this place ?!!

Very persistant even after telling representatives I was no longer
interested. Went on for about 2-3 weeks. I'd understand if I was
still interested in my ONE TIME CALL & when they didn't have the
car I was interested in, I told them. Yet they continued to call and
got to the point of badgering - heads up, let them know STERNLY
if you do not want phone calls every day three times a day during
work hours!!

Very dishonest. Watched vehicle price drop over a month
hy $1500.00. Claim they put their best price on web then
jacked price on vehicle up $4000.00 at start of memorial
day weekend. Was told management would call to discuss
isue. Still waiting.

Dealer called me 3 days after I posted a comment... I really wanted a car from them! I loved it and so badly was willing to drive several several miles to go pick up the Jetta. As I waited, I went to another dealer and got myself a car! Too bad, Carl's, but you lost a customer you could've had!

They got back to me right away but failed to tell me the vehicle I was
interested in had already been sold. However, they still contact me almost
daily by email or by phone if a vehicle comes in similar to what I'm looking
still searching for. Very nice people for car dealers. Dealt mostly with John
D. and Paul was also very friendly and helpful

Dealer responded within 20 minutes, I was impressed with the
response time. However when I arrived at the dealership the car was
sold which was very disappointing because I traveled an hour to get
there.
