We dealt with Courtney throughout our out of state
transaction. She provided us with all the information
we requested quickly and efficiently. Once we
decided to move forward with a buy she arranged all
the required materials immediately. The car arrived 4
days after the actual purchase and thus far appears to
be in great working order! Even as seasoned car
repair professionals itâs a bit scary purchasing sight
unseen. With the CPO on the vehicle and consistent
messaging we felt reassured throughout the process.

All the employees at Star Motor Cars were extremely helpful, and added no undo-pressure to sell me a call. I did my homework, the test drive was a great experience was great, the sales price and warranties were exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with the dealer and extremely happy with my vehicle purchase. I will certainly consider Star Motor Cars for a future purchases.
Very proactive, i went to check the vehicle, look good, can’t say immaculate. Ask if were interested in negotiate, and the answers were somewhat like “i sell the car but my price” or comments like, “have you heard Bring your Trailer” site? I thought it was a little unkind to say that but i do respect everyone approach to sale.

Contacted by salesperson after expressing interest in the car per CarGurus. Salesperson(Tony) was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated frequently with me before and after delivery. (Car was transported to my home from Houston per dealership arrangement.) Vehicle was accurately described and clean when received- did not view car until delivery. Outstanding experience with Star Motor Cars. Would strongly recommend to others.

Contacted the dealer and they responded quickly and followed up immediately with additional information.
I was pleased and lucky that I found this Mercedes dealer, Courtney is a very nice person, works very hard to convince her customer, she don’t give up when she feel the customer is a serious buyer and work with him without limit to make the purchase and the deal happen.
Justin is a serous person and know his car very well, not easy to change his mind about a deal that he know what’s worth, which make the value of the car high and secured which attract the buyer to feel that it’s really this is it, and doesn’t want to let go to someone else even it’s a pricy car, thereafter he’s a nice person and friendly to his customer that understand the value of Mercedes “ he doesn't like Toyota :) “

Unfortunately they sent me information on a vehicle I
didn’t ask about and didn’t do any follow up. I did
however stop by the dealership while I was in the area
and the people were really friendly. I did test drive the
vehicle and the person was very forthcoming in what
the vehicle had to offer. Answered questions I didn’t
know to ask. I decided not to purchase the vehicle but
I would consider this dealership in the future if I saw
another vehicle I was interested in.

Quick response with documentation. My email offer was declined - and that was fine - but also included the statement "my manager said he would give you the best deal." Problem, the manager refused to give me the best deal via email. He insists I come in (500 mile one way trip). An absurd sales tactic (especially for a MB dealership) when hundreds of cars are bought and sold every day over the internet. The manager just wanted to get me him so he work me. Who do these people think they're dealing with? I'll take my business elsewhere.

A little phone tag took place which is normal. Then when we finally
made contact the salesman wasn't ready to answer my written
questions. That all worked out. The dealer never made a new offer
to me for the vehicle during our discussions. Pretty one-sided. If
that is a firm price, then it should be stated in the add. The
salesman was good to work with, but we didn't get the deal.

I bought a used 2012 Honda CRV from Star Motors twice! When I arrived to pick up the car I had written a check for the day before, the salesman said it was being detailed when, in truth, they were making repairs to the rear shocks ..... a repair I knew about 10 days before. I don't know why salesman couldn't be honest and tell the truth. I cancelled the sale. Several days later, I received a call of apology from the used car sales manager, who offered $600 off the previously agreed upon price. I bought the car (again) - and appreciate Star Motors' willingness to make right on a wrong.

The salesman contacted me. I went in to meet with him. Some of his comments were a little defensive about what I asked for. I pursued and purchased the vehicle. All in all, the experience was fine.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Volvo did not prepare this salesman to sell volvos. I knew more
than he did about the features. Since every Volvo is almost
unique it takes an informed salesman to answer questions.
Selling a variety of used cars makes it difficult for sales staff to
learn all there is to know on each manufacturer.
When car didn't meant my needs, salesman didn't offer an appt
to see another Volvo.
