They are awesome
I purchased a 2022 Pacifica from Star Chevrolet, Wiggins MS, in mid February 2025. Prior
to arriving, Star was only one of 2 dealers I contacted that provided me with an OTD
estimate for this vehicle. What impressed me about this buying experience was how the
sales agent Robert E. made no fuss and let me take the car on a test drive and make a
thorough inspection of the vehicle at my pace. At his desk, Robert was never pushy and
never tried to add anything I did not want. We quickly negotiated a fair price and I moved
over to the F&I manager, Paul's office for the paperwork. Paul, like Robert, was never
pushy, did not add anything unexpected to the final price. He offered some things and
clearly explaining what they were, respecting my Yes/No decisions. All documentation was
thoroughly explained and Paul was patient as I closely reviewed each before signing. This
was arguably THE easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly
recommend STAR!!

The dealer listed a car that was not ready to
sale. It took them two weeks to get me
pictures of their car. By the time they had
sent me pictures of the vehicle I purchased
a vehicle from someone else.

Real good sale person real helpful. Was real impressed with the boss who went and layed on the parking lot to see what was leaking from the vehicle I was looking at. I will be going back there to do my business.

Vehicle was full of trash when they brought it to me I had to wait for them to clean it out, they did not do a very good job. Three days after purchase I noticed the radiator was leaking and was told it had to be replaced, they assured me their mechanics did a full inspection but apparently they did not do a very good job. I contacted the salesman and told them about the radiator and asked if there was anything they could do to help and they told me no, so if you’re desperate enough to buy a used vehicle from star Chevrolet have your own mechanic check it out first!!! You know from my experience I feel all they want is your money!!$

Initial contact was great, but once I was contacted with a salesman and found out it was not was I was looking for the salesman asked if I was "out". No further help to see if they could help me find out what I was looking for or even a thank you for being interested going to have to be "out" for star chevy.

It was a wonderful and pain free experience. The salesman Paul, was very patient and professional even when we couldn't seem to make up our minds and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did end up purchasing the truck and we are extremely happy with it and this is definitely where we will be coming for all of our future purchases. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

The dealer contacted me early the same morning I inquired; when asked for pictures of the vehicle the representative did not have any and I
wanted to go out the same day to see the vehicle and she called back saying it was out for servicing and I could come by the next day to see
the car. I purchased another vehicle the next day from another dealership. The representative was very friendly and did follow up which was

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase. The car salesman went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. Best customer service we have had in a long time! We will be using Star Chevrolet when my husband is ready to purchase a new vehicle. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

First I rate this dealer or one because they were a bunch of snakes knew that we were traveling from another state ready to pick up a car in the car was a disaster so they showed us around tell if they had more inventory but then the car was not available we went in so many circles just to find something for them to sell I don't feel that cared about the customer but more about getting a car out of the lot

Not the showiest dealership around but I would go there for the car deals not the spiffy couches. Quick to respond and great to work with through the whole buying process. Polite, personable, and fair prices, Paul J. and the dealership are worth the drive from Hattiesburg.

best car buying experience ever
Maggie Cospelich was prompt, courteous and professional. Nice truck, but
found another with less mileage, which gets a loan as though it is a new
vehicle; truck I bought had a bed liner, rear tow package and front RV tow
package already installed. As a good sales person should, she followed up
with a courtesy call to make sure that I purchased the other truck that was in
competition with the truck at Star Chevrolet, and expressed a positive
attitude and invitation if I should need another vehicle in the future.

Check engine light was on when I went to test drive the vehicle. I test drove
the Ford Escape and a Jeep Compass neither one of them had be detailed
before being put onto the lot for sale. The sales staff seemed a little pushy.
Kept trying to talk me into another vehicle stating that I could return it if I was
unhappy with my purchase.
The internet sales person communicated with me often, however, she was not there at dealership when I arrived and I specifically asked her if she would be and that I should ask for her. The salesperson that assisted me was very sweet, but he was kind of thrown in the mix. The vehicle did not have any gas and we had to turn around to get gas card back at dealership and THEN the person that had the gas card wasn't even there. I felt bad for my guy that was helping me but the internet sales lady should have had everything ready. I drove 35 minutes to get to this dealership. Very disappointed. However, again, my salesperson was very sweet and even contacted me for a couple of days, but ultimately my decision for not buying the vehicle was the cost and I just didn't fall inlove with this car.

I went to test drive a 2016 Corvette Stingray LT3, Fell in love with the car , seen that it was at the lowest price anywhere around in town. Paid cash for the car and today I have it sitting home, the friendliest people and no one makes you feel you have to buy anything, they are there just to answer your questions and use no high pressure tactics to get you to buy the car. I would recommend my friends and family. Joann was great
I had been shopping for this particular vehicle for 4 months and contacted
either in person or by email/phone several dealers from Pensacola to New
Orleans inquiring about their advertised vehicles. Star stood head and
shoulders above all the rest both in responding and through the completion
of the deal. I would highly recommend them and will be using them myself
for future vehicle purchases.

I made an appointment to go see the truck and
expressed my deep interest to purchase even
without seeing it . I was traveling from New
Orleans to Mississippi and the truck was sold
before I could get to it even though I made an
appointment . The salesperson didn't call me
to tell me . I called he and she informed me , it
sold the day we spoke . Then , she tried selling
me on another truck . I wouldn't get anything
from them after that ,
