It was bad, I got a call from them telling me that they have the car available and made an appt to see it on the same day and when I got to the dealer I was told the car was sold but they had another one for 9/k mileage, they should it called me and ask me if I was still interested in another car, the sales rep. did bring me the car to see it and went back inside and didn’t bother showing the car, car wasn’t even worth it, a total waste of time!!

Vehicle was not as advertised. Gurus said moonroof....dealer said no moonroof/sunroof. Quick response~

Good people but we only have 20 K and our truck and made no deal for such amount, we are too old and the economy is not in such good condition to make a loan. I wish we could take this Toyota of their hands though :(

We would recommend Star Auto Sales to anyone! We had a specific car in mind to purchase and with the help of Car Gurus found Star Auto Sales in Connecticut. Even though the dealership is 2 ½ hours from our home in NY the people and service at Star made the long trip worthwhile. We had a fabulous experience working with our salesperson Liza! She has a caring approach and is a true professional. She was happy to answer all our questions and made it a point to be sure we knew everything necessary to make an informed decision. The finance manager, Gary was equally as wonderful. Once we decided to purchase, he made the rest of the process painless. He knew all the ins and outs of making an out of state purchase. I did not ultimately buy a vehicle due to finding a specific vehicle I was looking for elsewhere but Liza was excellent, very helpful and informative and they do have great pricing. I will keep them in mind to shop there for my next vehicle.

Timely information.

I have had a great experience working with Star Auto Sales. I submitted an email request for information and Liza responded promptly. I set an appointment for a test drive and they had the car washed and ready for me. After the test drive, Liza gave me space to look the car over without any sales pressure or hovering. I purchased the car for an excellent price and got good financing through their finance dept. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had!

I sent them an E-Mail requesting them to E-Mail me the car's Carfax Report. Instead, they tried to get me to come in and test drive the car: They also said someone would call to answer all of my questions. All I wanted was to see the Carfax Report. They could not accomplish that simple request so I have dismissed them as a possible place to do business with.

Inqured about a few Grand Cherokees.... They stated they were fleet vehicles of "secret" nature. They refused to give further info on their previous use. When I insisted, the salesman said he would get fired if the owner found out or heard them tell me more info. Sounded very shady

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a minivan from Steve. It was a great experience and a no pressure no hidden fees. We already knew what we were looking for Steve showed us the Carfax and let us take it for a test drive. There was no hard pressure tactics and drive away very happy. We are telling all our friends about this great dealership.
