I will not go back to this dealer. I felt like they didn't have time for me. They walked around my car that I would be reading in and gave me an insulting value for it. I felt very uncomfortable at this dealership. I was prepared to purchase a $30,000 vehicle, but their customer service blew it.

Would not recommend. Poor handling of customer service. Jordan, salesman, was not confident or knowledgeable about how to gain a sale. There was another customer looking at the same vehicle as me. Sales manager said they would fix an item for me and get back to me in the afternoon about the update. Jordan text me to ask if I was still interested around 4pm. When I said "yes, but did the issue get resolved with service?" 15 mins later. Jordan's response was "sorry the other couple is coming to buy the car now. Sorry for the mix up".
Overall, the experience was not great and the communication could have been better.

Responded quickly nice people but did not seem to want to deal as much as other dealers so I went somewhere else
