So ask him to let us know if vehicle sells before let us know so we don’t waste our time. The vehicle was very clean, as most of their inventory is. Test drove the Yukon and we decided to purchase it. The purchase process was pretty quick. We through on top a extended warranty and still walked out with a great looking used vehicle for under $23 grand!! Again recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great buying experience overall. Every single detail about the car like físicas damage, scratches dents, maintenance any records they were upfront en explained everything, the only downside if any is when I got the car didn’t get a full tank of gas just whatever was remaining at the time of purchase. When financing I got explanation of everything even various plans, rates, warranties, very helpful every step of the way.

Contacted dealership through email and Felix contacted me back. I explained to him I would be coming from 400 miles away and would be there that evening with a trade-in. We arrived at the dealership and I took a test drive and they looked over my vehicle and simply asked how much I was expecting for it and they made a very fair offer. Their car was priced at a fair price as well, not trying to over price their car like most dealerships. We discussed payment and we returned the next morning to close the deal. Very simple fair and honest dealership. I couldn't have been happier dealing with Felix and Henry. I definitely will return back to this dealership when looking for a second vehicle! Their dealing with me on a Saturday evening went smooth and they did not try and pressure me into closing the deal that night and had no problem giving me till the next morning.

I showed up at appointment to test drive. Car was not prepped per my text request. It did not start. Did not follow up. Wasted my time. Asked for owner. No reply.

The vehicle is not in Base (LX) trim, it is in Sport (EX) trim. My experience at St. Mina could not have been better. These people are professionals, in the truest sense of the word. The car had been inspected and maintenance done before it was offered for sale. Felix Torres, the Salesman, was extremely low key and applied zero pressure. I always "sleep on it" before making a major purchase and Felix did not call me while I contemplated the sale. The financing process was especially easy. I was approved at a great APR within minutes. (Admittedly, I have premium credit and put down 50% -- YMMV.) Henry Soberanis was very clear at every stage of the transaction and, as Sales Manager, he made no attempt to "add on" any extra charges. The price, which was not negotiable, was very fair and was reflective of the rarity of this year, make, and model -- especially considering the superb condition of this particular example. I would not hesitate to recommend St. Mina to anyone.

Went there to check out an 07 Tacoma and to be honest I wasn’t sure if that was the one for me. I checked out 3 other ones but the salesman at other places were horrible n not helpful. I had a feeling I should go back to Mina. Looked at one more and the place just stood me up as they thought I was a tire kicker. Called Mina, he got me approved for the loan. Took 3 hours to finalize everything on Friday at 5. Came in Saturday and signed all the legal paperwork and I was off. He gave me more than what I was expecting on my trade in as well which helped drastically. Can’t thank them enough for getting me in my dream truck.

I thought this was too good to be true and I had to check it out ! I was told the real reason this car was priced so low. When I did my research I found it to be true. Even though I didn't buy this car, I can truly say that this place is 5*. The salesman gave me the TRUTH.

Started out with contact, then dropped the ball. I was ready to buy and had financing, but they stopped responding to me (maybe because they wanted me to use their financing?). I purchased the same car (newer year) elsewhere.

The dealer responded quickly to my inquiry. We made arrangements to view the car last Saturday. The car was clean and in great shape. They very pleasant and forthright. We couldn't reach an agreement on the vehicle we were interested in unfortunately but they were very nice. I'd recommend them to friends

I have not yet purchased a vehicle from them, but based on my experience would have no qualms. Still deciding on which vehicle to buy, and they are across the country from me, so looking at a few closer options for now. It is no surprise to me that their rating is what it is. I've been slow to decide on a vehicle, but they were very good in communications with me.

The experience started out great with Henry, until i started asking for details about the specific costs of things. He snapped back a text saying “he didn’t have enough time to engage in long conversations”. I really wish i could have purchased that specific vehicle but that experience with Henry but a bad vibe on the dealership. Car salesman have a bad stigma and it’s unjust, but because of that, they should defiantly walk a fine line and go the extra mile for comfort and security.

Communication was excellent. To be honest, I was a bit nervous about buying a car sight unseen but after reading the reviews I felt much better. Quick reply, but the photos and description did not reflect the true condition. Numerous scratches and small dents. I called to let them know I was on the way to buy the jeep, but it was being sold as I got there. Not their fault, but a call to inform me would have saved a long trip. Staff was well-informed about their product.

Overall ok, responses vague at first; no sense of urgency. No, followup when challenge credit presented. Need to offer alternative; I was willing to place up to 50 percent down. But, they never asked!

I sent an on-line inquiry to St. Mina Auto Sales through the CarGurus website and received an email back within minutes from the owner, Mina. Not only was the response prompt, it was very thorough and thoughtful as it contained a link to the car I was interested in which contained even more detailed information as well as a free carfax report. I called and spoke to Mina and he was very forthright with information and answered all of my questions. I live over 40 miles from St. Mina, but because of Mina's professionalism, I felt good about driving out on a Saturday to see the car. The car looked just as good in person as it did in the photos (a rare case in the used car business!) I met Mina and he was with another customer so he gave me the key and allowed me to drive the car while he finished up. When I got back he didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions. I have already referred a friend to Mina and would not hesitate to do so again. Mina is the real deal

The lot was clean, organized and well kept. The Salesman that met with me was informative and helpful but not intrusive (no hard sales) The vehicle that I was looking at was clean and well presented ( except for the broken center console). It was just not quite what I was looking for at their asking price.

The owner was very courteous in responding to my inquiry on the beautiful black 2010 Ford Ranger Supercab 4x4, 4wd and I want to thank him for being patient and understanding. I presently own a 2000 model ranger w/the same specs as the 2010 I mentioned, so I'm hanging on to it until next year. Have,a happy holiday until then!

I met with Henry about a 2008 Honda Accord EX L he had that i was very interested in, he was very understanding we came to an agreement, i thought about it overnight an couldn't let this great deal pass by. i called him the next morning to go ahead an process my application. and drover it home that same day.

Mina helped us and he was amazing. Honestly, what a pleasant experience. The Honda Element we wanted to by had a dead battery and no questions just put in a brand new one, filled up the car with gas, and washed it. He was firm in the price, but to compromise with my wife and I, Mina threw in a 6 month warrenty on the house. I won't be in the market for a car for a while now, but I will for sure go back to these guys when I do.

I was originally considering a BMW sedan, but after test driving a Mercedes SUV, I fell in love with it. Mina and the STM staff went beyond my expectations of a dealer and made me feel comfortable. The vehicle advertised would not start. The problem was not the battery, but some other unspecified problem. The car was started after about 30 minutes. I was set tobuy the car until that happened. I don't need a major electrical fix for a "new" car.

Five stars don't do justice! I came here with my wife to look at a BMW we were interested in and were welcomed by a very friendly staff, we never felt any pressure to buy. All the cars seemed to be in excellent condition and very competitively priced. Hands down the best dealership we've ever been to and my wife and I couldn't be happier with our new car.
