I was too slow on my visit; the car went to another buyer while I was still on the fence. For their part the dealer was fantastic in their communication and flexibility. They sent me the additional photos I requested right away and quickly answered all my questions.

Good experience over all. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, test drove a vehicle and sales person answered all my question. The dealership itself was very clean, bright and open.I was greeted upon entry and was immediately met by the sales person I had made an appointment with. But don't bother making a deal here though, the manager doesn't do deals with customers. The price they have is what they want and won't budge on it. Even when you brought attention to similar vehicles with slightly different specs at a lower prices else where, they won't meet you in the middle. Other than that, it's just like most dealerships out there.

The salesperson wasn’t straightforward with pricing. She mentioned there were “dealer fees” but did not disclose what they would be, only that they are applied to all used cars. Then what is the price? I would not travel 300 miles and not know that. Personally I would never do business with dealers who don’t disclose full pricing.

This dealership was not willing to budge on prices at all. They complemented my vehicle and kept talking about how JEEPs maintain their value until it came down to buying it from me, they pulled up the price on my JEEP as if it was in fair condition when it is in excellent condition, just trying to lowball me and wouldn't raise up at all. They said that they wanted my keys to check the mileage and they drove it around to the back of their lot and made me wait roughly an hour to come back to talk about finances. When I showed them similar listing of premium wrx's priced for lower they b.s.ed me and said the base model is worth more and wouldn't come down on the price of their car. Don't bother coming to this dealership unless you don't mind wasting time and money.

They were good about contacting me but would not negotiate price over the phone and with my busy schedule traveling I was not able to come see the car and risk not getting the price I needed.

I had read great reviews about Sport Subaru: however, I didn’t believe them. After the experiences I had been having throughout the week in trying to buy a car throughout three other counties, my expectations were minimal at best. I’m so glad I found Sport! It was a pleasant experience from the moment I met James Menzies, my patient salesman, all through to even the financing. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. I’m telling everyone I know where to go for their next car!!

Went in to see a couple different Subaru's and ended up buying one here. The staff is fantastic and they were very willing to fix a couple minor things and the car is just amazing. I would definitely use Sport Subaru again if we find we need another car. They are all great! Jonathan was especially helpful and the paperwork was a breeze. I picked up the car the next day and the car looked brand new, their cleaning/detail staff are amazing!

Dealer stopped talking with me after he planned to give me otd price. Very busy. Too busy. Price seemed right Bought another vehicle imprezza in Jax.

I’m 20 and I called them two day ahead made my appointment and drove there. When I got there they didn’t even know I was coming and when we where talking numbers for the car I pointed something out about the car and the sales manager snap at me and said well I don’t think this car is for you. They have not called me back and I don’t recommend you go there.

Very friendly staff and they quickly responded to our interest. Salesman, James, was very helpful and honest. Were willing to go above and beyond to help us with a purchase. Neither James nor the manager were pushy, they did make post visit contact to see if they could help us with anything else. Would have given 5 stars if they had the car of my dreams.
