Filled out applications 2x they say they never got them. Called or texted had that covered but im not gonna keep filling out credit apps if they never get them
Adrian,Zac and beautiful Brenda, they were amazing. There was a misunderstanding on the price but they honored my offer, the car had problems with the crank sensor and battery, they fixed it. I drove back home on the parkway for about an hour and I fell in love that 6.2L V8 engine. I give them 5 stars, thanks Adrian.

Mark Ray was very helpful in finding a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. In no timewas I able to buy & drive it home. They were excellent in processing me through all the paperwork.
Spoke with Lisa first she said all of the vehicles just went on sale transferred me to Zack salesman he gave me the price of the vehicle I asked him I thought all the vehicle for sale he said that was the sale price even though the price hadn't changed since the vehicle was on the lot I've been watching the vehicle for over a month and the price was the exact same if the vehicle just went on sale you would have thought it would have been a lower price but it wasn't was getting ready to buy the vehicle until this was going to pay cash money for the vehicle but I felt like I was being screwed so I decided not to buy the vehicle and I let him know about it

BUYER BEWARE!! Online prices are not reflective of actual vehicle price. I was told the internet price is not the price, but the price after 5,000 dollar down payment. So the “32,000$” car was actually well over 40,000 otd. Be cautious of this unethical and predatory pricing scheme.
The team at Speedway Motors was responsive and willing to work with me on finding financing that fit my budget. Miguel and Adrian were great to work with! They were very transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, worked with my budget, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They made the car buying experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Overall great response
BEWARE. Dealer is misleading, presenting a low advertised price that doesn't include their dealer add-ons. This is false advertising. You can't compare this price to other dealers prices because it's missing $9,500 of their “undisclosed down payment”. Pricing advantage aimed at getting people to their dealership! This is a sneaky trick! Don’t even waste your time.

I came from Pennsylvania, This Dealer Zack, has a bunch of High End Vehicles with all the Shiny Candy
store appeal and they have an EXTREME amount of Millage on their cars. They R in jammed together to
use as little space as possible with the lot size. I spoke to them several times regarding coming to see the
Vehicle which was on their premise for 2 months. Now I understand why, I got into the vehicle and the 1st
thing that I noticed was that there was an drivers inside problem where Water was leaking into the car.
Then the Sunroof didn't open, which I pointed out b4 test driving. he told me that they would take care of it,
bu the time I went for the test drive and came back he was on the phone and I guess this person was the
owner of the lot, he thought that I should pay for the repairs.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....
Went to look at vehicle. More damage to vehicle than indicated and no one from dealership approached me

This places was great from start to finish. Starting with Lucy on the phone, she was super nice and informative. Made my appointment to see them that same same day and walk out very quickly that day purchasing a 2005 Honda Pilot. The. Car was ready for me, took it for a test drive and then went in the office to talk numbers with Zack. I was happy with the price and decided to purchased the car. It’s been about a month and so far I’m happy with the vehicle, the car was extremely clean, completely detailed when I test drove it. Short story, these people are great. Good clean inventory, great staff and very good prices. Thank you all for the service provided to me.

Everything from the communication to the on site experience was great.For once I felt like I was dealing with honest people which is hard to come by when your trying to buy a used car, out of my 15 years of used car shopping experience I can gladly say I won’t be going to no another dealers but Speedway Motors, the manager and team were super friendly as well outstanding customer service.

I purchased a 2010 FX4. Looks great!!
While at the location, I asked about what looked
to be a new liner sprayed on the bottom of the vehicle, the Manager Zach assured me that they had only did that for 'curb appeal' and there would be no
worries of rust or any frame damage. He claims the manifolds aren't covered under warranty or contract that says 30 days.
On the way home it started to make a really loud popping noise from the exhaust pipe. I took it directly to the mechanic who diagnosed that the exhaust manifolds need to be replaced. I immediately called Zach at Speedwaywho offered to repair it but only at half the cost.
They blatantly covered all rust and frame damage and I have paperwork to prove such
A customer should not have to deal with this mess, Especially during these uncertain times. This is sad!!
