I inquired about a Toyota Sequoia and they never told me if it was available or not. Just sent info on a Tahoe and another vehicle.

Made an appointment. Dealer confirmed time and that car was available. Then canceled appointment since car got loaned out to service department. Dealer was supposed to reach out in two days to let me know when the car would return and I could see it. Never heard back. Bought a car at a different dealer.

Made an offer on a vehicle salesman said he would see what he could do then never heard back. Found a brand new vehicle for only a few thousand somewhere else and bought that instead so I’m glad they didn’t respond.

Great communication with this dealership. The vehicle sold before I was able to take a look at it (within 24 hours), but it has been a great communication experience, and they were very professional.

They were helpful and courteous. I didn't feel pressure, which was nice.
Justin and Steve were amazing at making a sale that I figured was impossible to reality. I even talked myself out of the sale to not get my hopes up and then Justin convinced me to at least give them the time and day! Super happy I decided to listen because I got my dream Jeep!

Saw this car advertised on the internet, contacted the dealer with a cash
offer and it was accepted several times thru emails, text messages and
phone calls. Day before we were to go pick it up, they called and said they
would NOT sell us the car. My daughter is on SSI and had a payout from a
totaled car(not her fault) . This has been horrific dealing with sales man
and we were so relieved to finally have found something she could replace
her car with. I cant believe they would offer a car, accept an offer over and
over then rip it out from underneath her. No wonder dealerships and sales
man have such bad reputations. Their word means nothing.I would not
trust this dealership. Not even worth one star .

Awesome dealership. No pressure sales. Knowledgable and friendly staff.
Bud Undi responded to my email with a couple of hours. It was towards the end of the evening and told me he would confirm how close they can get to my offer. Within 24 hours from my email we walked out new owners. Easy, upfront process and he was very honest. I mostly liked there wasn't any high pressure to sell, we conversed about life and family during wait times for special requests on our sale and loan approval. Thanks Bud! Very prompt response! I had a specific time period (working two jobs) of
availability to look and drive the car.
Tylan Bird was "on it" throughout the process. I gave him specific
requirements and he answered promptly and honestly. We had most
items except financial worked out via Internet.....and what he stated was
accurate and truthful.
The Finance/paperwork process went very well. No pressure for upsell
items. We walked thru the process and it was easy & thorough.
