Truly great people to work with I flew all the way from Las Vegas to get a car there with my son the car was beautiful everything worked out great and I would definitely shop here again.

Mike-seemed honest and professional during our encounter and explained what he knew about the vehicle or had replaced- we traveled out of town to him twice and his team was pleasant to deal with. I was worried because of some bad reviews but Mike did do as he said he would/could with fixing any issues on vehicles, mine was simple, headlight out(which this light was working at time of picture posting) and the a/c needed a recharge/refill. We test drove my vehicle twice on 2 different occasions. So far my SUV is driving running fine, I will need to replace a O2 sensor but we tried to check out my traverse as through inside and out as possible before purchase and carfax was pretty much clean besides one minor bump up. I feel as if vehicles could be cleaned up better inside as far as the detailing end of the deal and if purchased it should be filled with gas not having to take straight to gas station but besides those minor things our experience with this dealer was good.

Dealer gave me tags and keys to test drive truck I was interested in. Good Customer Service. Dealer answered all my questions.

They were rude ,and couldn't provide the full carfax for this vehicle. Poor customer service.

We drove to the dealer after confirming they hadn't sold the car. After we got there and test drove it we put the money on the table and they started the paperwork. Just to find that "the auction house" had not sent them the title yet. They tried to get us to leave a couple hundred dollars to "reserve the car" for us, for when the title came in. Needless to say we left without leaving any money. So make them check for the title before you drive there!!!

I called the dealer and was able to schedule a test drive the same day. They were friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain features for the vehicle that made it unique. The vehicle was clean and ready for me when I arrived (even though I was early). The paperwork process was quick and I drove away within a short time with my new vehicle. Would definitely recommend!!!!

The dealers were very attentive and serviced me very promptly. However the car images and descriptions on the website did not match the true appearance of the car. Was disappointed in that accord. No purchase or offer was made due to the heavy damages.

They sold the car on the same day I HAD spoken with Eric I gotten a rental car booked just to drive the 2 hours to get there if carguru didn't notify me I would have driven all the way up there for nothing and I even tried to call Eric after the fact but he blocked my number !!!!
