They did a great job very responsive. I did some more looking into the Ferrari and compared to the ones I have it seem to be a redo of the California which I considered to be not really a Ferrari and Then once I looked into their values, they appear to be plummeting so to me that just tells me the car is not what Ferrari supposed to be. The dealer was fantastic

I had been speaking to the dealership all day about a car that I intended to purchase. I paid them for a pre-purchase inspection and they sold the car out from under me after I was told they had an appointment at the dealership set up for my inspection for the following morning I found them to be extremely unprofessional demeaning and would never ever work with them again. I found the whole experience that day to be extremely shady and a tremendous waste of time go to a reputable dealer save yourself the time and the drama.

I spoke to the salemans 2 times and I agreed to buy the car, and she told me she would have the manager call me with the final price, but they never called, terrible service
Car was already sold when I reached out, yet it was still being advertised online. Car was removed online 3 days later. Dealer did say they were sorry, so they got 2 stars for acknowledging their error.

As part of our process, we typically don’t remove the listing until the vehicle is fully delivered, which can take a few days while we complete financing and documentation.

Very helpful and informative, no pressure to buy
Carlos is great. The day I went it was very busy and he seemed to be the only one there helping everyone, but he was still so professional and helpful with everything. He’s so sweet and does his job well. I’m in the process of purchasing a vehicle from him, and it’s been smooth sailing so thank you Carlos !
