Made a deal on a 2020 warlock classic put a 1000$ down to hold the truck while paper work was over nighted to me. Sign the contract and sent back same day I received this was Saturday. I get a call Monday morning that they sold the truck by mistake but they can get it back hmmm. Well a week goes by and no truck finally Friday night 7 days after the deal was done I asked for money back . They did refund me the 1000$ . The only reason why I’m leaving this review is because the truck is still posted online. Just want to people to be aware
I flew from Virginia, spent nearly $1,000 on travel and a $500 deposit, after the dealership promised (even on video) that the 2019 BMW X7 I wanted had an original BMW windshield and was in good condition. When I arrived, the windshield was a cheap aftermarket replacement, the rear seat didn’t work, and the car had issues they never disclosed.
When I asked for a discount, they refused. The salesperson (CJ) denied what he had said earlier, and the manager, David, was dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they even tried to change the price when I was ready to pay in cash.
This dealership wasted my time and money. Be careful — they don’t stand by their word… especially this white BMW, which has 85400 miles, seems like so many issues with electronics and other stuff, if you planning to purchase it, please double check with BMW official dealer.

These guys are great to work with. I don't feel like they are trying to get me with any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. Our
conversations appear to be genuine attempts to help me find something that works for me. They are easy to talk to and not overly "salesy".

They were good to follow up with our inquiries about trucks we were interested in.
Dealer was responsive- answered promptly. However, the F150 trim level was was advertised as a Lariat and it is an XLT. The person I spoke to said they would update the listing to reflect it accurately as an XLT and that obviously has never happened. The truck is still listed as a lariat and it has been over a week…

Called in advance to confirm that the car was on the lot, guy went and “checked”. Drove 35 min to get to the lot only to wait 20 minutes and told the car wasn’t on the lot but that we could go ahead and buy it. Told the guy we called in advance, just drove all the way there and he basically just stared at us not realizing how absurd it was. Lame.

Great dealership. No pressure sales department with real car enthusiasts who know what they're doing.
We called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available to look at. Salesperson told us it was. We told him we lived
aways away but would be there in about 1-1/2 hours. We drove to the lot and asked for the salesperson to direct us to the
car, he couldn't find the keys and then came back 10 minutes later and told us that the car had sold over an hour
previously. He didn't call us to let us know it sold and wasted our time and money to drive out and look at it....very
disappointed with their customer service!
Happy with price and speed of delivery, unhappy with the attitude of salesman after sale was complete, quality of car upon arrival some items were not disclosed prior to purchase. Example:
2 spots chips in windshield and “fixed” not communicated prior to purchase.
1 large paint chip not communicated
Missing owners manual
Interior detailing was done poorly
When asking salesmen about these things was told “I was lucky to get two keys” “used cars aren’t perfect” and “some people are picky”

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Titan SV 4x4 Sitting on the road from Karl
Malone Mitsubishi. I have never had a better sales man finance man
and service man then what I had at this place. I purchased another
car I will most likely check out sears a lot for Zillow they are in Utah
and I am in Arizona Siri absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. I
truly believe that if you are looking for a car or a truck or an SUV
definitely look at this place first, you will not be disappointed.

We bought the car you advertised but spent added time being introduced to a new Mitsubishi SUV too. The salesman was helpful and patient. He called us to follow up on this lead and made an appointment for us to meet with us. Overall a good experience

They never got back to me on my request for info on this. When i went to the lot the guy i talked stated they have no chargers for sale. I told the guy i only want to look a awd charger or a dodge 4x4. The shark keep trying to get me to change my mind. Will never go back to them. NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!!!!!

were terrible. Couldnt give me a straight
answer but just kept waisting my time. I
refunded my down payment for a car that
did not exist, and even that took almost 2
weeks to get back. Id give a negative 5
stars but that option dont exist, just like
their deals and offers. Sad. Just sad.
