Very helpful!
Dealer provided ample information over the internet before our appointment. Our salesperson, Victoria , was waiting for
us and was very helpful. We test drove the car and decided to make an offer which was accepted. The paperwork was
handled quickly and we were on our way within 2 hours of arrival. Overall it was a good experience with very professional
staff.

If I could give them a zero I would. I negotiated a decent price on a '22 Pacifica and was ready cash in hand to buy. I needed some IRS paperwork DONE by them And they were either unwilling or unable to do that.
So I left the dealership with the understanding they would track that down and get back with me, they never did. Times never got a call back.
Now I get an email that the car has been sold. Nice going , southpoint Honda. I'll never step foot on your lot again. What a colossal waste of time

The salesman was friendly when I called to inquire about a vehicle I found on the website. He assured me that the vehicle would be there when I arrived from a two hour drive away. I was skeptical after a bad experience from another dealer. Upon arrival, he greeted us and escorted us to the vehicle he had reserved for us in the showroom, and it looked exactly like it looked on the website. My wife was more than pleased with this perfect anniversary gift.

Called dealership to inquire and get out of the door price for car. The price was $1500 more than listed. Individual said because I had no trade in and was not going to use their financing. I ceased communication. Supposedly those fees were in fine print. I felt deceived. I had planned to drive two hours to purchase car but when. Dealers choose not to be upfront about pricing it makes me question dealer integrity. I would have purchase at higher price had they been upfront about it. In addition paint protection was also added in… too many extra fees.

Was ready to deal, good car, good price. When I received total invoice there were about $3000 additional charges, $1500 special coating, $900 admin fees, etc.. Had to walk away, felt like they were trying to gouge.

They did answer asking to set up a test drive, Am TX. When I ask about the accident the car had been involved in, they closed the add on CarGurus but active on other car sites. Car was over price. Would not trust them.
Responded quickly and vehicle was as described. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic and am very
happy with my purchase.

I was contacted immediately by Crown Honda, and the salesman was very helpful! I made arrangements with him to see and test drive the vehicle. It was clean and in great condition. The salesman was courteous and answered all of my questions. I purchased the vehicle, and I believe I am going to enjoy it! I am very satisfied with my experience with Crown Honda of Southpoint.

Wasn’t overall sold on the experience. Some of it was rough, including a salesperson getting a bit chippy and impatient with me. Still ended up buying a car because it was the best deal around, but the overall experience wasn’t what I thought it would be

Came close to purchase but not fully transparent on numbers. When I pulled my deal and went with a competitor, their “best possible price” suddenly changed to a lower number.

Salesman JJ Brooks was busy but kept me involved. Car was as described on website. Only problem was finance branch forgot me and almost had me walk away. But bought car and happy with it so far. Worth a visit if you find a car there.

Bought this vehicle. Very friendly. Gave me up to 2 hrs to test drive. Had my mechanic check it out just to be sure. Slow to process everything, lots of paperwork, but otherwise a good experience.

Dealer was up front about vehicle could not get together on price
Responded very quickly...but.. They have their cars listed for one price on car gurus (cheaper) then for a lot more on their website by like 5k.. then blamed an error..and said it was more expensive... and they wouldn't honor that price. Also, it's not the first time either, after reading the reviews. Idk..

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! They were terrible. I went to go see a car I was really interested in that day. NEVER SAW IT. They literally sent me to 4 of there locations with lies saying it was there and when I got there they couldn't find it so they sent me to there next location saying it was there. I don't even think they knew where there car was. Never going back in my life.

Excellent to deal with. Met me half way, and a great trade in on my old car. Way better to deal with than any other dealer in the Triangle. Why do car places call themselves "Dealers" when they won't deal with you. Crown absolutely did deal. I a Toyota 2 years newer and $2000.00 cheaper than Fred Anderson.

Worst car dealership experience
of my life! Crown Honda had me
waiting for 3 1/2 hours for
finance, finally they were ready to
close and told me to come back
in on Monday. When I came back
in, they realized the vehicle that I
wanted was sold. They never
even tried to make it up to me. A
few days later I went to Leith
Honda in Raleigh and they gave
me a great deal on a used vehicle
that I drove off in within an hour
and a half. Crown Honda needs
to go back to school to learn
what it's like to be a real
dealership. Next year I will be
buying a new Honda and when I
do, I know who will not be getting
my business.

Dealer responded promptly, but wasted a lot of my time with 7 back and forth emails when asked if they could match pricing from another dealer when a simple "yes I can" or "no I can't" would have sufficed. Turns out they were almost $1000 dollars higher in price for the same car. It is a shame because I like their service department and would much rather have bought the car from them.

We worked with Joe and he was GREAT!! He was real and not pushy or annoying to talk to like most of the other 6 car dealers we spoke to the day before. As long as we are in NC we will go through Joe at Crown Honda
Not impressed with salesman on
second visit. A little pushy in the end
and walked away in a huff when I
received a phone just before I was
leaving. He wanted a commitment and I
wanted to think about it. The car
smelled of mildew bad. I am certain
there were other issues as it was 20
years old. I just wanted to do some
more research on it. I decided that for
the money being asked I would do better
to keep looking.
