Southfield Quality Cars did a great job assisting me with the purchase of my 68 Impala. The guys there were very professional about the way they sale cars online and from state to state. I live in NC, so buying a car from another state was a new experience, but they made me feel comfortable enough to make the decision. They told the truth about the car. They didn't just try to sale the car just to get rid of it. Actually the car was in better condition then I expected, after all it's a 68. This was the only car they had like this, I was really lucky. They got all the paper work done and sent to me in a timely matter and the deal was done. I recommend Southfield Quality Cars to anyone in Detroit and out of state. THEY DO GOOD BUSINESS

Dealer sold me a car with a chipped windshield on the center passenger side. I didn't see it until I got home with the car. Dealer gave me his word on signing the contract that any trouble in 30 days or 1000 miles, he would take care of me. When I called about the chipped windshield, he told me to report it to my insurance company or fix it myself. They don't keep their word. They have some nice cars but be sure to check everything thoroughly before you sign a contract with them. Any work that needs to be done should be repaired before you sign. They won't keep their word.

Also, if we promise to fix an issue, we always stand by our word and have been for the past 22 years of being in the same location with same ownership. Good experience Mark was nice and helpful but the car had a down payment on it already but he said he would keep me posted on other cars when they become available.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. My sales agent ( Donald) was impeccable, he went over and beyond my expectations with customer service, unfortunately he was off when I returned to finished the required paperwork, but another sales agent(Mark) whom was just as pleasant assisted me with the final stages. I would be remissed if I didn't give a " shout out" to a genleman who sat closet to the door who I initially thought was my point of contact. He was very professional in his prompt greeting and redirecting me to my agent. Thank you and I have and will recommend others to this dealership.

The sales person I've dealt with, Mark, was very friendly and professional.
The store is also fairly new and nice place (not typical used car store... old
and shady). The store does not have service shop, so the car is sold with
"need maintenance" light on (at least the vehicle I've looked at). Good
place to purchase if you have a reliable mechanic to do pre-purchase
inspection (I'm not sure if the store will let you or not. I didn't ask...)
