Price shown and the price sent to me for my deal ($23,000 for cash purchase) when I scheduled the test drive. The price online was $19,900.
The price at the dealership was almost $28,000 plus paying cash they advised it would be $2,000. more, go figure.
The vehicle was a clean ID.4 and is priced right on your site, but the dealership is not honest and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and for
the VW brand. I have advised VW Corporate on my experience and I know it is over no value since they are so big they do not care about
what the dealerships do with the pricing or really anything these days.

I received a prompt response and had a good conversation with the representative. Though the dealership was only five miles from home, after researching more about the car, I have decided to search for a 2022 Avalon Hybrid, a very different vehicle.

The people were very nice but they
immediately tacked on $2000 in unwanted
paint and seat coatings, etchings and LoJack
all of which are done by the manufacturer.
Then the made me sit with another sales rep
trying to sell me supposedly upgraded
versions of the same coatings. They also
tackled on an $899 dealership fee that should
have been included in the list price for a total
of $3000 plus $2000 for title tax and tags. I
was able to get them to nock off most of the
unwanted upgrades but not the fee. All told it
went from a great price to a just an okay price.

The dealer was very patient and very helpful… even though I didn’t get this car. I will be try back again once I get things together. Thanks again.
Price listed online isn’t the actual price of the vehicle. $2100 in fees are added for stuff that wasn’t agreed to and not negotiable, this vehicle is over priced. I ended up finding a dealer willing to sell a brand new 2022 out the door for only $1000 more. Oh and delivery information is not accurate, they will only deliver within 25 miles of the dealership.

ok experience. not good negotiators. they sent me many emails about cars that i had no interest in, i was looking for a durango specifically and they are sending me emials about small cars, thats no even close to what im looking for, seems like they were insisting that i couldnt afford the durango so they were sending me cheap cars.

Got me into the dealership for the car on the internet that had "just been sold" to someone in their organization. However, it remains on the internet over a week later. Wouldn't negotiate on the price at all.

Excellent dealer interaction. Purchase price negotiated was right on and in my ballpark. Car is immaculate and has already been a delight to drive. Salesman Dave Hoopes was professional and did a wonderful job in describing all features of the car. In all I was completely satisfied with the purchase.
