This dealership was dishonest. They told me they had the vehicle which was advertised. I set up a time to come see it. When I arrived they told me it "just been sold." They then tried to sell me a different vehicle. I told them they'd wasted my time and they tried to make excuses. A few days later, the salesman texted me again and said the sale of the vehicle I'd originally inquired about fell through and they wanted to know if I was still interested. I told him I would not fall for their bait-and-switch again. He even tried to offer me a whopping $250 off a vehicle purchase. I will never go to Southern Auto again. Based on this experience, they're the old-fashioned dirty dealing type of operation.
Quick to respond however the sales women was young and inexperienced, every question I had she couldn’t answer and/or needed to ask the manager for help. Was told the car had no warranty/as is. I wanted to make an offer and was told when I’m ready to buy we could discuss numbers. At this point I felt she was playing games with me. I made an offer anyway and the next day cargurus notification advised the car sold.

Hall Nissan Chesapeake got back with me almost immediately. They were very responsive to my unique situation (I was traveling at the time I saw the listing
for their vehicle, but very interested) They sent me a short video showing me the interior of two of the cars (two different colors were available). They were so
perfectly accommodating. I went and purchased the car the following Saturday without a single hitch. The car(s) were both exactly as shown in the listing, The
price was exactly as listed, the car was exactly as shown. The value was superb as compared to very same make and model almost anywhere else. My
dedicated sales person Julian Delacruz was very patient and attentive showing me videos and highlights of the many complex features of the vehicle and
recommending but not imposing maintenance options. I highly recommend this dealership.

I highly reccomend Hall nissan of Chesapeake. My sales person Eric king was phenomenal. He sent me a video of the vehicle I wanted which I thought was great. The purchase process was hassle free and fast.

I went there just to look at the car and their sales man pitch was really strong..they seem to be a good dealership but I told the salesman I was not trying to purchase till later but he kept calling every week. Almost a pest but thx..I got a car from another dealership who was more patient
