Talked to sells rep was informed that this vehicle was sold already. Sells rep went out her way to try and find me something else but was nothing that really caught my attention but they have great customer service.

I was pleased with the speedy response from Caleb who not only called but made a YouTube video about the vehicle I enquirer about. All the staff that assisted was great John in finance and Jimmy. Thank you all.

pretty good sales process, straight forward. they were pretty reluctant to take a deposit to hold the car for about a week pending some issues on my end but they were able to finance in house for a good rate. i could understand why they didnt want to hold the vehicle for that long, especially since it’s a specialty and hard to obtain.

I did not buy from here and they might be great.But it's one of those dealerships where they will call you 4 to 6 times a day and none of the times when they called was later in the afternoon when I was off from work and could answer. and at least one or more emails a day. You only need to call once and leave a voicemail people work we will listen to the voicemail. But since I did not buy from them I don't know their selling techniques they just over whelmed me with phone calls

They worked very hard for me so that I could get the vehicle that I initially wanted to get. Unfortunately, I was unable to get that vehicle, and was offered another very nice vehicle. However, I am very grateful for everyone that was assisting that day.

The salesman had the car I inquired about waiting at the entrance with my name on it, but I soon discovered it wasn't what I wanted. He tried to find something comparable but didn't have it on the lot.

They were very helpful, however, the experience would have been better if only one associate contacted me. Instead, they had more than one associate email me and I wasn't sure whom to answer.

Came knowing what I wanted and they had the car pulled up to the front when I got there. Our salesman Kevin brought out another car to test out even though it was nearing closing and while we didn’t end up buying that one it was appreciated. Paperwork was handled as fast as possible and we were on our way.

Experience was better than I thought it was going to be. Car salesmen can be pushy, but was not the case here. I told them exactly what I needed, and we agreed on a price and payment that worked for my budget. This was the fastest and easiest time I have ever had with buying a car. Now I just hope this Hyundai gives me years of reliable transportation, as my 97 Honda accord did.

Very poor communication from the onset via email and phone calls. They performed a classic "bait and switch" telling me the car I inquired about was available, went to dealership saw vehicle and test drove, said I would return with my finance information, upon my return 4 hours later I was told that the vehicle I wanted was sold, but another (higher priced) was still available.

Purchased a car with a tire pressure light on. Since I purchased it Sunday night when Hall didn't have a service tech on staff they promised to get it fixed if I returned the following day. I drove to the dealership 3 times to get it fixed without success of getting light off. Each time I went to the dealership the service dept was unorganized and did not seem very knowledgeable. I requested I go to a Toyota dealership to get it fixed since after 3 attempts Hall was unable to fix the problem. Come to find out I needed correct valve stems someone put generic valve stems on the tires so the computer system wouldn't register the tire pressure. Hall said they would cover the cost of the repair at the Toyota dealership. I had to call Hall numerous times to get a manager to finally call the Toyota dealership to get the cost covered. So 5 trips to the service department that week and its finally fixed. I'm grateful Hall covered the $530 repair cost but what a headache.
