Unprofessional reply and the car still on their website a week later listed under market is still not actually at their location. Can you say bait and switch?

Vehicle was already sold but still listed.It was listed throughout the weekend and I made plans to go and see the vehicle on Monday.At least they were honest and told me before I made a trip there.Thanks.
