Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.
No one communicates with each other.
Received multiple different prices from
different reps.
Worst were the add-ons. There were over
$5,000 worth. When I told them to remove
them all, they wouldn’t. So a car listed at
$69,500 had a final price of $81,000.
This place is absurd. Stay away.

We had an excellent experience with both Andre Irving(sales)
And Demetrious(finance) during our visit.
Loved the truck but because of Jeep's problem with the clutch pressure plate we were not able to take the Gladiator home with us. Both of these contacts were very friendly, personable and professional without being pushy and overbearing.
It was honestly our best sales interaction we have ever had!
The employees at Southern were very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, the Bronco I wanted was sold while I was trying to make the deal. They didn't have any others at the time so I had to go somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would recommend Southern Chrysler-Jeep. Bobbie was especially helpful & friendly. She even called me a few days later with a new deal. I had to tell her I had already bought a Bronco from another dealer
Reached out to dealer about BMW X3. After talking with them they sent me the offer with 4 add ons which added over $4000 to the price of the vehicle then of course they low balled my trade and they wonder why people hate dealing with car dealers more than going to the dentist.
Additionally they went up on the price of the car right before I showed interest in the vehicles and claim that’s standard practice.
Standard practice is you lying!
They went out of their way to make that statement true. Watch for the add ons!!!

I wish I could make the rating a negative star. I went to the dealership and they told me the car was not there they could not find it. How do you lose a car at a dealership. If they are losing cars who are you losing them too. Fishy. Do not believe. But they were quick to try and show me something else. No. I would like to see the car on the webpage. That i sat on traffic for. Burned my gas for. Lost time that i will never get back. This is is no game at least not for me. Will not be going back. Thanks for nothing Melissa and Kevin, if those are you real names. Did you find the rav4 yet.
After I made my appointment set up a time before I go to the dealer because I have to drive two hours I’ll find out if this car wasn’t in the lot because got damage somebody hit in the from right bumper and fender that is not on the picture The car was in shop in the back of the dealer he didn’t have the key so I can start the car or test drive it steel make it a very strong offer for the car and they let me go out of the door. Then they hand me the Carfax Which I don’t see any accident report or minor damage to the car
I set my appointment 3 days from the day i contacted them. They knew they no longer had the car i wanted to purchase. They had 3 days to tell me such. Instead, they let me come to the dealer so they can try to convince me into something else. When the salesman walked around and around "looking for the key", I told my niece, that the vehicle is not here. I've been buying vehicles for a long time so I know the ins and outs before I go. Well Lord and Behold, the car wasn't there. Then the salesman kept trying to offer/convinced me into something I don't want. Please make ensure they check their inventory twice before you go.

Found a 2014 Honda Accord on CarGurus. Got a response from an
Internet Sales Specialist answering my question if it was still available.
Here's the answer: "great news! I am showing it is still available. Is
today or tomorrow best for you to come in and start a test drive?"
The response was at 10:20 am. I went there a little under 3 hours later
and after sitting there for a little bit, the sales rep came back and told
me it was sold. I asked him when it was sold and he said that he could
not tell me. Yeah right!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
As a side note, the car was on CarGurus for 18 days, so I would call BS if they had told me
it sold within the previous 3 hours. I didn't stay long enough to hear their
excuses!

We quick to respond but decided to buy a early view
I sent Southern an email with two questions about the 2004 Honda for sale. They responded with “Thank You” and how soon could I come in for a test drive! I responded that I live four hours away, pls answer my two questions. Southern sent another email telling me the salesman was checking with the manager. I asked please, answer my two questions. Southern sent me another email stating the car was going to be wholesaled. I asked about my two questions, I WANT TO PURCHASE THE CAR! I received another email asking me, “what drew you to this vehicle?” I finally gave up! I asked them not to email me anymore...of course they did it anyway! I wouldn’t trade or purchase from an agency that can’t read an email or answer a question! They probably sold the car to a relative anyway! Never again, never Southern! I’m sure this was an “isolated” incident!

Not good. I was asking about the price and they said the advertised price was incorrect and then said the truck was for sale at full sticker. So bad experience

The dealer followed up multiple times. When we went up to the dealership the sales people were very friendly and helpful. The test drive was good other than an exhaust rattle. When we sat down to discuss we were told they couldn’t negotiate the price at all. I was also disappointed to see their “ processing fee” was so high $749.00. Since they were unwilling to negotiate we left with our check. Then they dropped the price over $1000 in the following week ♀️ I guess they just don’t like selling cars that much.

Answered phone calls, wasn’t ready for me when I arrived to look at vehicle. Neither was the sales person available nor the vehicle clean. The sales person that did help was very informative. No negotiation on price, take it or leave it policy.
Decent overall, didn’t get any extra pictures upon request stating that the vehicle was sold upon asking for pictures, then was called later on within said week saying it’s still available and still haven’t received any pictures instead got a phone call very confusing experience overall

SUV inquired about was already sold, drive 45 minutes one way to find that out that it was already sold! Attempted to bait and switch with another vehicle, dealership did offer gas reimbursement but only after I drive back to the dealership, no thanks!

I never saw the salesperson who responded to my email. The salesperson I
spoke with was very nice and helpful although I thought the approach was a
bit high pressure. With that in mind if we had been able to come to a deal I
would have been inclined to purchase.

Everyone was courteous. Found the 2014 Acadia I wanted. Got a fair deal and the Financial Advisor was awesome. He helped me get a really low rate. Got me what I needed and the payments I can afford. As a whole a good experience.

They showed me this truck and it was absolutely filthy inside. They did not
detail it at all. They refused to negotiate and budge on the price. The sales
person was nice; however, if the price online isnt what you want do not think
they will come off their high horse to make a deal.
