I would like to start off by saying that this dealership is by far one of the most understanding and trustworthy dealerships I’ve been to. Everyone was very accommodating and they offered the best pricing that I’ve seen for their vehicles that they have. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dealership to get your moneys worth that will work with you on pricing to meet your needs. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
Dealer reached out with enthusiasm to this new prospect. It was NOT helpful in assisting me to buy the car I wanted. Upon arriving at the dealer to examine my chosen car (driving over an hour) I was told it had been the sold the previous day. I'd not been contacted so that I could adjust my plans.
This is not a good way to do business. There are many dealers, and I would avoid Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. MH

My sales rep MJ was amazing.
Other than the shady attempt to add on some BS to the car price, the trade value was decent but still low. Fake
paint protectant and lo jack that we don't want...Could have been close to a sale....still not as bad as a dealer in SC
where they tried to charge twice for locking lugs, nitrogen, window tint and door edge guards...fyi...the car is still
there months later.
Had the car I wanted, the price was good, the allowance was better than competitors and the people were great. Good overall car buying experience!

I answered their call and told them I would be coming to see the truck on the weekend. That was on Wednesday. From Wednesday to Friday evening the blew my phone up, calling me six times a day. There were three different salesmen and they acted like they never sold a car before. I told them if they called me again I wouldn’t be coming in, and like clockwork, they called three more times over the next three hours. Infuriating. I probably would’ve purchased the truck if they didn’t act so unprofessional. Simply couldn’t take yes for an answer.

Everyone we met was very pleasant. Charles was the main salesman we worked with. He was great! He made sure everything was taken care properly before we left, all of our questions were answered, and even called a few days later to make sure I was still happy with my new car. Probably the easiest car purchase we’ve made. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment to see the vehicle on Saturday May 22nd, 2021 at noon. I will admit, I was a bit late due to traffic, so that was on me, however I called in advance to let them know this. I also got my friend to leave in the middle of his work day to come and look at the truck with me to make sure it is in good shape, as he is a Dodge/Chrysler mechanic and has a Ram 1500 of his own that he works on. We both arrive, and let them know that we have an appointment with Sam, one of the sales reps. I end up sitting at someone else’s desk for 20 minutes before anything is done because she’s too busy standing and talking to her co workers, and the guy I’m working with doesn’t even know that I pickedout a specific truck. There’s a text limit on this review page so long story short, I arrive and ask to see the truck. They said that it was transported to VA beach that morning for another customer. End up waiting another 20 minutes to figure out what’s going on and I’m told the truck is sold.

While I purchased a different vehicle before I even went to see the one at Hall, the internet department at Hall quickly responded to my requests, and was gracious when I informed them of my purchase elsewhere.

Quick response, helpful dealer. Despite having to work through the process while I was several states away the Hall team did everything
needed before (including addressing a trade in) and during so I was able to walk in and finish the deal fairly quickly. They were even able to
get the licensing paperwork done with my home state (which is very challenging with the restricted hours during the pandemic).

Had appointment set up for specific time, I drove 25 minutes to said appt, contact person not even there, AND the vehicle I had been going to see had already been sold! Poor!

Horrible! Did not disclose all issues with the
car. I wasted 4 hours to drive to see the car.
Needed lots of work. Very bad when asking
price was over average. Suspension issues,
interior leather worn through to plastic,
automatic truck not working, needed
headlamps either reconditioned or replaced,
engine oil leak needed to be addressed.

Pulled the old bait and switch. Verified and told me the car was there, got there, and was told car was sold, they had a vehicle with the exact same stats, color, mileage and trim package but wasnt a certified preowned. How could they sell the same car that's certified for 16,000 and then say they have an uncertified one for 18,700. They are scam artists. After visiting the dealership I was in email communication. Once I pointed out the obvious, they cut off all communications with me and have yet to reply. I know half the battle is getting you in the door but when they bait and switch and try and charge you an extra 2900, it will piss you off. The internet sales manager, Steve Evan's has yet to reply and the salesman, Jerome Gehrig, now seems afraid to talk to me. BUYER BEWARE. I thought Hall would treat me right since I bought my previous car at one of their dealerships but after this stunt, which sets a new low even for car salesman, I dont think I will ever return, SHYSTERS!!!!

Avoid Hall and all their dealerships at all costs!
I had a deal to buy a used Mustang.
They sold it, but not to me!
I rented a car, booked a hotel, called my insurance, and got a check ready to buy their car.
Hall called the next day and said the car was sold!
Worse they didn't offer to find me another car.

Hey these guys were great I
don't even live in Virginia I Live in
Oklahoma but my son is in the
Navy in Oceana Virginia car guru
Send me updates of vehicles
from that area and they sent me
one from Hall Chrysler and it
was the exact truck my son had
been looking for and right around
price so I called them up and they
were even going to go pick him
up and bring him to the
dealership Since he had been
on naval base without a vehicle
he didn't have a way to go look
for a truck. I called the dealership
the guys were great they handled
it great they were great to my son
they helped him when I couldn't
be there for him so these guys
are awesome by vehicle from
them.
