I have been in contact, had scheduled a test drive for 1/16/2021, 2 days before the test drive they called and said the price of the truck had increased to 44,800 from 42,000. Wow Never going to deal with this dealership again!

The dealers at Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake were friendly and accommodating. Steve the General
Manager gave me a call and sent me an email. He was excited for me to come in. I meet Steve
and sat down with Chris Bagley and he understood what I was looking for and I really enjoyed
my experience inside the dealership and driving behind the wheel. I look forward in making my

Antonio and Doug, at Hall we’re very helpful while looking for a new truck. I appreciate they were considerate of my time and did not waste it. We were not able to make a deal, but I will shop at Hall again when looking for my next vehicle.

Not satisfied with the service Had an appointment to test drive vehicle and they said everything would be ready when I get there. Once I arrived, someone else was test driving the vehicle. If you say something....keep your word. Just left a sour taste in my mouth.

They were helpful a few of them were but that car gottt sold and I got an email they same day letting me know. But trying to get information about how much down and payments was like pulling teeth from one person

Great overall experience. This car was as nice in person as it was on the posted pictures. There was some cosmetic damage on the overall body of the car and the bumper had some damage to it as well. Those discrepancies were noted, I purchased the vehicle and within days I was called to bring the vehicle in and all discrepancies that were recognized at the time of purchase were all repaired looks like a brand new car. Great service Hall Chevrolet! Thank you!! Thank to Hunter Ames for being a patient, professional, reliable saleman!!

This dealer was quick to respond to my questions in the beginning about the car. I made a deal with them and told them that I would take it. I offered a deposit at that time for them to hold it for me since I was an out of state buyer. The sales manager said no, and that he would work out the details and get back to me. So instead of calling me and asking for the deposit, they notified me that they had sold the car to someone else two business days later.

However the manager actually insulted
insulted me telling me I was in the wrong

Chevrolet called to confirm my appointment that morning.
When i got there they told me the truck had been sold
days before!
