The worst dealership i have ever been. The sales person was super rude and treated my like i was little kid trying to get candy. I litterally left that dealership and paid even more for my car from another dealership. Supper disappointed!

Very disappointed with Southern California Preowned dealers. As if $4k above price listed on CarGurus wasn't enough, the owner ended up raising the price by $1,000 more than originally quoted. Greedy as they come. I was very impressed by the guy who helped me though, he was great until he delivered the blindsiding news. Becareful everyone.

I had a very good experience. Vinny was very pleasant, knowledgeable and we got the deal done. I would recommend them to my friends.
BEWARE of this dealership!. The car advertised does not
include their $4000 additional
junk fees of door guard and paint protection (sls mgr said
that it was posted on their site). Salesman (Arliss) said that

General sales manager said that I was hardheaded and

Finance manager was a pain to deal with, salesman had no manners, they sold me an Audi with a cracked front windshield then tried to make me pay for their windshield protection add on before fixing it.
I did purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I am in New Mexico, and they are in California. They have beautiful pre-owned vehicles, but I think some
of their Sales reps need guidance in delivering great customer service. Long story short, I placed a down payment in the amount of $3600 via Venmo
(Jun 26th) and thereafter had poor communication from my salesperson, with him not returning my calls or texts. I began to think that maybe I had been
scammed. I spoke with a sales manager, and he was not empathetic about the situation and indicated that they were very busy. Eventually, after failed
attempts to get the sale finalized, I was put in contact with a manager, and he helped me get things finalized (Jun 29th). Thereafter, they had issues
getting the car transported to New Mexico. My vehicle was delivered on Jul 18th. I think if you are a CA resident, and you can deal with them in person, it
may be a different experience.

The dealer was great everyone was friendly and helpful made purchasing a vehicle smooth and easy. Charlie was the employee that contacted me and showed me the truck I was interested in and just made everything easy to complete my purchase he was awesome!
It’s been over a month since I first walked into SCP, and I can now fully appreciate what they offer: great used cars.
You don’t go to SCP to get the cheapest used car. You go to SCP to get an 8 year old Tesla Model X that looks like new.
And you’ll get great customer service. I bought my Model X “as is”, but was delighted when SCP took car of fixing my front passenger power window, after I had already driven away. Mario and Andrew in sales offer excellent service.
Again: you don’t go to SCP to get cheap used cars. You go to SCP to get immaculate used cars.
I had an amazing experience buying my Tesla - ask for Mario. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for from the get go and he gave me just that! Mario was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish. I am glad I bought my Tesla car from here to have this wonderful experience!
I contacted them to get info on a car. I asked if they could give me a work up of an estimate for the car note. I told them the number of months I wanted, amount of down payment etc. They went back and forth with me and then told me they could not even give me an estimate unless they ran my credit. WHAT?? I then asked what the complete price was with taxes and they said they weren’t permitted to give that info out. Beware of this place.
The guy who called me had Terrible! customer service. He called me and asked if I still had interest in the car. I stated that I already bought one. He proceeded to tell that I just inquired again about the vehicle. I told him no I just bought one already. He said o so you’re telling me my computer is lying to me? And when I said yes he just hung up the phone.

Salesman Jon was good and detail just like the other car more from other dealer
Beware to this dealer just went today to see the car with the tag price of $26750 but that is a price bait. Because if you choose your own financing the price went up 2000$ more, then another add ons of 2500$ they called they add to the car. Take note the tax and dmv is not added yet. So if you are ready to pay roughly estimated of 6k plus of the price that is awesome. I just run away once I heard the ad ons.
If I could give Southern California Preowned negative 5 stars I would. Will never recommend nor will I ever buy a car from this place, we had a horrendous experience with them. Very distrusting dealership, uses bait and switch tactics, advertisement says no hidden dealer fees so they add those fees to the cost of the vehicle as accessories, but they won’t tell you or give you an itemized list of what those accessories are. Ran a credit check when they didn't need to, we already had pre-approval from credit union and they knew this. They wanted to finance and charge us more. If you still decide to buy from them, be very wary and make sure you really look at what they are charging you for. Believe me there are better places to buy a used car from. These guys seriously give used car dealers a very bad reputation.

Made an appointment with Carlo I showed up the day of the appointment Carlos went home early didn’t even give me a courtesy call and when I got there the car was sold already.
They are very helpful, and continually made follow up ,In short, they went, Carlos, beyond just to do some follow ups.

Spoke to the dealer on the phone, verified car was available and verified the price. Took time away from work to go and see. Arrived. Discussed vehicle, discussed price of this and one like it. Test drove, decided to buy it. Salesperson goes into talk to the manager after I showed him my score and came back with a $5000 mark up. Ridiculous waste of time DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. CROOKED.

These ppl ran my name with a bunch of different banks when i already had one and i never gave them permission to send it in... They did this 2days after i was in the dealership, they refused to give me the application i started to fill out, never even finished mind u, told me they HAD TO KEEP IT, shady company with shady employees that im sure prob sell applications on the side giving them to low life to steal ur identity. I shouldn't have even considered these ppl... Dont let mistake happen to u... Dont even attempt to buy here u will regret it, prob as much as i regret even starting an application w them! Then they talked crap about another dealer that i had gotten the approve on which is y i stopped the app.

I was interested in this vehicle because the price is reasonable and I prefer to get the car locally instead of traveling to another city. I contacted them, and the salesperson was friendly at first. I asked for the otd, and within taxes, it’s over $29,000. I ask for the bottom line price, but the rest of the experience is awful. I understand some fees will add up during the purchasing process, but if I'm not financing with them, the price will go up a lot. Really disappointed, but their inventory is good.

Complete waste of time, I gave my name and number and asked how late they were open, went down and they were closed. Their website says the car was sold but available on CarGurus. They never called to tell me if it was sold or not. Would not recommend

Brian please accept our apologies for this mater. We are a first come first serve dealership and we cant hold vehicles unless there is a hold deposit. Our website updates immediately after we sell the car but Unfortunately Cargurus and any other advisement source takes over night to remove the vehicle.
Best bet is to have your finances handled prior. From what I gathered they want to be of assistance just short staffed and limited on leaders.

Deceptive sales tactics. Will tell you that the advertised price is not the price you can pay. That if you want to pay cash it will be $1000 added !! Will also tell you that there is another fee of $1295!! Thats right add on another $2295 in total!!! This is a poor credit sub prime predator that still tries to pull the same tricks on high credit cash buyers. No thanks!!!!

Typical high-pressure used car salesman. I was able to work out a deal since I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was willing to walk
away. He was all "buddy buddy" and texting/E-mailing regularly to get the deal done but vanished as soon as the deal was finalized. It's
been two months while I have the car, I still don't have the title. I E-mailed several times about it and got no response.

I was considering buying a car here but I told the guy on the phone that I wanted to do full payment up front / cash . And he had a whole attitude and said he wouldn’t give me a price a “penny lower” than finance price ... then asked if I had money burning a hole in my pocket. ???? Who says that to someone interested in buying a car? Just because I want to buy a car out right does not mean I have “money burning a hole in my pocket”. Some people work hard for their money. And then questioned if I had good credit and said “don’t u want to boost your credit and buy a house someday?” And asked about my credit?? i asked about a car and that made the guy assume I had bad credit and didn’t own a house?? Terrible way to sell a car. The dudes name was vinny I believe. Anywho, they lost a sale. Went somewhere more friendly.

As a potential out of state buyer I had more questions and concerns than someone that can come in for
a test drive. I have purchased many cars sight unseen in the past so I'm not new to this experience but
often times dealer salespeople just aren't motivated to do the extra work an out of area buyer might
require. This was NOT the case at Southern California Preowned. Kat Calderon stepped up and
provided additional photos of the car that I had requested and she was excellent at keeping in touch
without being pushy about the potential sale. Kudos to Kat here. I wound up not buying a car from them
but have added them to my list of dealers to keep an eye on for interesting Audis. Thanks Kat!

No pressure dealership! Hector was very helpful and corresponded immediately with my messages. I drove to Anaheim from Las Vegas to test drive vehicle, he was very accommodating and helpful. Definitely would recommend this dealership especially if you are purchasing from out of state and if you are looking for an EV vehicle.

It took a couple of days to get the asked for walk-around video of this car. I did get a text message about applying for a credit application sooner though. Once I received the video I noticed that the vehicle wasn’t as advertised. It’s listing says it has a sunroof. The actual vehicle didn’t. When I pointed this out to Vinny he said that the IT guys must have made a mistake.
After telling him that I was interested only in a vehicle with a sunroof he sent a link to another Fiat. Of course this one was almost $1,500 more. Needless to say, I don’t think I can recommend this dealership.

I was very disappointed with the integrity of this dealership and particularly with the salesman Charlie. The vehicle was not as advertised and they attempt to FORCE YOU to buy their oil change package at $1,200. Only to find out, that you can’t opt out of the package because “that’s where the company makes their profit”. Additionally, they lie about costs associated with the vehicle, stating that the registration fees didn’t include late penalties. I called the DMV and found out that the car had $145 in late reg fees. I would STAY AWAY from doing business with this particular car dealer.

The sales people were ok, one on the phone was a jerk. I was going to purchase a car but the vehicle was not ready for purchase, because it had a cracked windshield and it had bald tires. I said ok, I will look around to see if anything else interest me. I found an audi A3 that I liked and made them an offer. He asked his manager or owner, and he said no. Only greedy people want to keep their cars for months or year instead of making a deal.

Contacted them regarding a "Great deal" car. Which they all of a sudden told me was at the Chevy dealer for
"inspection". So a great deal on a car that has listed for almost 4 months (this car is legit a good deal, no reason it
should still be for sale) is all of a sudden out for inspection? Then the guy tells me the part is "back ordered" and they
have no estimate on when the car will be back. They are basically using a bait and switch to get people to inquire
about cars.

This was a fantastic experience. All of the people were wonderful. Charlie is the one that helped us and he was wonderful. Very patient and helpful. It was a hot day and I was tired but he made the experience great. I bought a cat and am in love with it! I highly recommend this place. No games, they are wonderful!

An honest car dealership that open with the price and fees, I havent bought car from them yet, but they are in one
of my trustworthy dealer list. They do have a dealer fee which come with a warranty and free service which is a fair
deal, I mean all dealer have a fee it just depend they hide it or not. Reccomended.

While I ended up buying a different car from Southern California Preowned than I had originally asked
about, the people there made it easy. I was an out of state buyer, so the logistics can be a bit more
complicated. They picked me up at the airport and got me on my way with the car I wanted in good
time.

I worked with a great salesman. Because I live 4 hours away from the shop, I was kind of leery. The car had cloth seats and after expressing my thought about preferring leather seats, he was able to get someone reupholster then with leather for a reasonable added fee. I’m super happy with it.
Manager was also great.

I bought a 2016 e-Golf from out of state because there were none for sale at a fair price
in Nevada
I am older and have dealt with a lot of dealers in my time and this is by far the best dealer
I have ever done business with. Their advertised price was below book and included a
$300 delivery fee.
There was no bait and switch or add on fees. So the final price delivered to my front door was the advertised price plus $85 doc fee. (This is the lowest doc fee I have
ever
paid and a fraction of Nevada dealers doc fee.) The car I received was in excellent condition for a 3yr old car.
I am extremely pleased with the ease of transaction and plan to buy my next car from
them.

He was patient in answering all my questions because this was the first time buying a car, from a distance, without physically being able to examine or test drive it. This dealership has many hidden fees (some over $1000) that are added (i.e. detailing fees even when the car is still quite dirty). I would also be careful because this dealership is next to a collision repair shop. The car I was looking at obviously had some body damage on a quarter panel and the bumper had been replaced, but an accident was not reported on the carfax. They stated the car never had any accidents or damage. If you choose to buy from them be aware of these extra fees (that other dealerships do NOT charge), and be sure to get an outside mechanic to do a full inspection before buying. They also had the Prius C listed as a trim 4, when it was obviously a trim 2....know the variations of trim levels before you buy because this dealership wasn't truthful about their listing.

After doing my online research for a newer vehicle I had an appointment with Daniel at So Cal Pre-Owned in Anaheim. He was very professional, answered my questions and I drove home in my new car! He delivered my other car to me that night and he was paid in full for the new car the next day...that's the way to shop!!!

Contacted George about a car, and made an offer. Told him i was driving about an hour to see the car and wanted to know if my offer was reasonable. He said “i will not lose your business because of price”. I show up and his price is $2700 above my offer. Could’ve been honest and told me my offer was too low....and saved me half a day.
