The young man who helped me was kind and helpful. I 5old him the price I was looking at spending on a vehicle. He went and talked to the finance department. After some time he came back, with a much higher price for the vehicle, with a bunch of additional fees. I was interested in paying cash, however if I paid cash they were charging me an additional $1000, to pay cash! Let the price as it was. Tried to sell me some kind of additional coverage. The vehicle was priced at $25,995k and when they came back to me the price was a little less then $30k. I was disappointed, I was ready to paid cash for that vehicle.

The internet price is not the one they will offer you. They will act on extra charges that will add up to 4k. It’s not optional either for the ETCH 500, leather treatment package 900,LOJack 700, than 200 on non fees. Whatever that is.They won’t show you any documentation or paperwork for these items you have to get but they will throw it on the sheet. I wanted this car and they added an extra 4k to the price. I have A1 credit but they said these fees is what all the Southern dealerships add! I don’t know about you but 4k is a lot of money! It should be optional not mandatory. They have a great talk game but it’s not worth paying 4k in hidden taxes and fees. They will also try to make you feel like your family and they are losing money to make this deal. That is also not true!! RUNN go to another place that will be honest and straight forward.

I want to start by saying my salesman, Moose, is absolutely phenomenal. The total dealership experience, not so much. I made 2 - 5 hour round trips to go look at a 2019 Atlas. The car was leaking oil so bad the first time that we all were scared to start it up. It was puddling oil from underneath it and the car was in need of a detail. The sales manager Tim said they would send it to VW and filled up my car for the trouble. The 2nd attempt, we noticed the windshield had multiple cracks that would not pass inspection, and the dealership refused to fix or lower the price for a replacement. Moose is an awesome guy and easy-going salesman, but the cars they are trying to sell, is questionable. They said they do a 99-point inspection, but its doubtful. Also, if they try to sell you their Etch package, it is nothing but $500 stickers placed on the car.

Paying cash I should have the option for the add on,,s a low jack is for the repo man I'm not financing over all In the end the price was way off what I wanted to pay and I definitely wasn't desperate I OWN 5 vehicles im a Vet I wasted time and felt disrespected when the numbers came back what a joke this place robbing you
Went to view this vehicle twice. I scheduled a test
drive, and they were absolutely clueless. I was
lied to about this vehicle. I was told the keys were
in hand ready to test drive. Again, no clue when I
arrived. The manager reach out to make sure I
was had no issues, but he ignored my response

They were absolutely pathetic. I feel bad for the
sales reps for having to deal with the lack of
communication here. Oh well, I wasnât going to
do a review but they got me threes times. Donât
buy here if you want a professional experience.

To be fair, they gave me the wrong address to check the car and I wasted a lot of time, but they call me back and and are willing to close the sale. I get a car from another place because I had a bitter taste, but I will give them a second chance in the future because it is a reputable dealer, and they try to make it straight.

Not happy because they ran the crap out of my credit an never have contacted me back I have messaged them an called an still no response. It would’ve been nice to hear what’s goin on with the car I inquired about. Or fix what they did to my credit if they not gona help me get a vehicle I will update my review when I get a call back from them even if they can’t help me

The friendliest sales staff of any dealership we’d been to thus far. Made it really easy to say yes to the Camaro. Joseph and Samaya both went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to make our buying experience the best it could be. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come see these folks. They are truly the best.

I was misled to believe that the vehicle was on a lot and after driving to reach my destination I was told by very nice salesman that the vehicle that is posted was not now or has it ever been at that location.

Absolutely the worst dealer I have been to. I was promised a call back several times but nobody ever called me back. The info on the add was Incorrect and the sales supervisor not only trash talked other employees, but they were very unprofessional to me as well.
