Initially responded, but when I returned the missed call, no further response

Got an initial email and text, but when I replied with questions, I never heard back.

Wouldn't let me and my wife go on a test drive alone and tried to make it seem as though I'd miss out on a great deal if I didn't purchase the car that day

After finally finding the vehicle the sales person jumps in and starts it, a mechanic starts yelling at him to turn it off that it might not have oil in it!! I knew from other reviews that this place was crap but damn!

I went to this dealer to inquire about a 2010 GMC Terrain that I saw that they had. The dealer took me around looking at other vehicles without informing me that the vehicle I came for was no longer available. That vehicle was the only reason I even showed up.

Agent responded in a timely and responsive manner. Very customer friendly! Although, I didn’t purchase the vehicle I was interested in; I surely would revisit!

The salesman was very personable and made the experience comfortable.

This car dealership really sucks .I was told 2 times 2days in a row a car was ready for me to look at and buy and it wasn’t. The 2nd time they called me early in the morning like it was all good to go but I waste my gas and that’s not cool at all gas over 5 dollars and I was coming from Hampton .Then when I told them what happened they ask if I wanted to put money down to hold the car what kind of stuff is that why would I do that and I can’t even test drive the damn car

Unfortunately the vehicle wouldn't start when I arrived BUT they were super and apologetic. I would recommend them for sure!

The experience was good. The rear license plate screws were loose and the plate came off while I was driving. Other than that, the experience was good.

Told me the car was there and had me come up to the lot to tell me it was sold days ago

Very helpful but we purchased a vehicle from a more local dealer.

Called several times and got nothing but transferred to a voice mail...evidently they didn't want to make a sale....

They did not want to sell this car to me ! Went there to test drive it , they had it in prep area , then I called the next day it was still there , I thought it was poor customer service

Very good about staying in touch. Maybe to good. Adam was very eager to assist. Ultimately the vehicle vs. my trade could not make the deal.

I went their to test drive the Silver 2016 Sierra but when I went their they can’t find the vehicle. Waited for over an hour very unprofessional.

The carsaleman there was great Muhammad he is really good helpful very patient young guy the manager there is great also respectful dealership I think they are the best

Can only comment on the contact with the dealer. They contacted me in a timely manner, but opted for a completely different car and another dealership.

Ok. Too far away to travel to for a car with this high mileage. Dealer had many emails.

Dealer responded and salesman took add'l steps to ensure he was giving me proper info, which I appreciate! Too bad the car was overpriced.

Ended up buying a car from them (2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus). They were professional, however pretty stubborn when it came to working out a price. No special treatment from them since it was a used car and not one of their new ones. I'd recommend this dealer. Pretty cut and dry. Paperwork didn't take long.
