They did a great job of staying in contact with me as other cars became available. I really appreciated that since it save me so much time.
They do not deserve even 1 star. I drove 2 hours to purchase this car based on the communication from Brittany in the sales department. She assured me the condition of the car was pristine with no visible paint damage/defects. Upon arrival for the test drive, the entire car was scraped and scuffed up on every door, panel, bumper, etc.. the right driver side was scraped from the back door all the way back to the bumper and lift gate. The tires were also worn and mismatched. When I asked if that would be addressed before test driving the car, i received an immediate hard "no". They wasted 4 hours of my time driving there and back which they knew was the case before I drove there. I feel like they at least owe me a tank of gas for the cost of me wasting my day and miles on my car. Never again would I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality car! The staff and their business ethics need to be investigated thoroughly!!

Wouldn't answer my questions about the car, even after I sent them by email. In addition, the dealership would not tell me why
the price listed on Carguru's is lower than the price listed on the dealership website. The dealership price is $14,999. They would
not lower the price. A few days later, I receive an email from a different SAI salesman who asked me if I had any questions about
the car. Naturally I sent him the same list of questions, and have yet to receive a reply. Even more to my surprise, I received
another email from the first salesman I spoke with at Southern Auto Imports asking me if I had any questions about the car. I
already sent him my questions and told him how much I would pay for the car, but he asks me if I am still interested in the car.
Strange place, or just incompetent and unreliable? I am well versed in TDIs, since I have owned them since the 1980s.

I really enjoyed doing business with Southern Auto Imports. They responded right away and did not take long getting back to me with any information I needed. Customer service is terrible. Drove over an hour away and wasn’t even allowed to test drive the car. They were ripping us off saying we needed over 8k in down just for like 600 monthly payments. One of them even yelled for just trying to negotiate. I do not recommend at all. Nice cars but bad service. I ended up going to a different dealer and got my hands on a 2020 for 10k more mileage but less monthly payments.

I was glad that upon researching this vehicle, what I saw online was consistent with what I saw in person. The test drive was a good experience and I decided to acquire the vehicle. There were some speed bumps along the way, but I can honestly say that this dealership communicated with me throughout the entire process. They followed up with me when challenges arose and demonstrated integrity every step of the way. I am pleased with my 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI 2.0T S. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience.

I called to see if the Kia was still available on 05/07. I was told that the car was available, my daughter was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I drove over a hour to the lot. We were greeted by Vincent, we were told that the car was at Kia getting serviced. I understood my daughter asked if he would contact her when the car was back from Kia, he agreed and gave her a card with his contact information. My daughter called Vincent the following day to ask if the car was back from Kia. Vincent stated that it would be back around one and that he would hold the car until she arrived (we have text messages between the two). We did also inform Vincent the day before that we were paying cash for the car. We were 20 miles from the dealership when Vincent texted my daughter stating that someone else was test driving the car. I did not turn around because a test drive doesn’t necessarily mean that they are going to buy. Long story short no one gets the car and the price increased

A representative of Southern Auto Imports responded to my request for information pretty quickly. They asked when I could come in for a test
drive as well as offer other similar models to the one I was interested in. I could not make it in very soon and the truck I was interested in sold
before I could see it.
I contacted the dealer twice and they responded quickly each time. The only concern I might have is that the truck I was interested in still
shows on their web site.
This God awful place had me to drive to my credit union in Anderson SC to pick up a check. I had to put $100.00 down so they could hold the vehicle for me. I live in Lavonia GA. That's 1 1/2 hour drive to this dealership. I'm coming down 85 south at the Jefferson/Gainesville exit when I get a phone call saying turn around, they are selling the car to someone else. What kind of business treat people this way??? I will be reaching out to Fox 5 and other news organizations.

Let me apologize first for the inconvenience you may suffered. Our company policy of deposit is minimum of $500 not $100 dollars. Since this deposit was received while we had another customer on the lot at the same time the deposit was made it was invalidated and it was voided. Also it was an invalid deposit since the amount required for a deposit is $500. Also I would like to let the viewers know how many racist slurs this customers said to us while we were apologizing for the situation. We even fired the salesman for the unethical practice he brought from elsewhere.

Car pictured has been off lot for over a month but yet they choose to continue to list in order to have people call and inquire in order to upsell you another truck. Not very honest on their part.
Pre-lists cars that are not on the lot yet. Should only list cars that can be seen and driven. Sales team texted pics of a car that was listed but
when a trip was made to look at it, it was at another location being repaired

Purchaser beware!!! Terribly disappointing experience. Booked a flight to Atlanta to go visit and buy the vehicle. the sales person that was assisting me, throughout the process, had taken a personal off. knowing I booked a flight, the vehicle was sold while he was off. I had to eat a plane ticket because of his failure to communicate and the lack of his professionalism. Pretty unscrupulous dealership!
Saw a car online for a decent price with low mileage.When I got there it had a higher price on the car 16,000. The guy check his computer and had 14,970. I had showed him the online price on cargurus for 14,700.He then said I can get it for that price.we test drove the car. It needed tires and wheel berings. I was told they can only fix one of them or 200 off the car. I told them to fix the wheel bearing and to give me a call when it fix.The next day they updated the price to 14,970 on cargurus and never call me back.Found out they sold the car.

Dealer communicated well and I was pleased with experience.
It was a small used car lot which I'm skeptical of. The sales rep was nice enough but not much eye contact. They didn't know how to open
the trunk area. Went to take it for a test drive and it stalled on a hill and wouldn't start. I didn't think to check the gas before heading out so
partially my fault but I feel like they should have checked considering they knew I was traveling 2 hours to test it (I called ahead of time). They
came and put gas in it and it started. The rep said "we put gas in 4 days ago and no one drove it so don't know what happened". The car is
cheap and I later learned some of the things I didn't like about it are standard with this year and model (very poor transmission shift). Things
are broken in the car and looks like someone spray painted the moon roof. You get what you pay for though...

Ran my credit said i could only get a 21% interest rate (absurd) then i found out thru Capital One they ran my credit thru them and ibwas qualified for less than 10%.
Finance manager seemed shady, and I would not recommend this dealer.

The person working with me was Vincent Carmichael. Unfortunately I was never able to travel to the vehicle due to work. They did send me more pictures when I asked
about possible rust under the car. When I was ready to buy they would not negotiate at all on price even $1. They said the price listed was the price I had to pay. They are a
used car dealer. They never told me that they were a no negotiate dealership. Communication was limited and I felt like they did not want me to buy the Volkswagen GTI
that they have had on the lot for almost a year.

I contacted this dealership after finding a posting for a vehicle I wanted on
cargurus.com. Communication was sparse and not very helpful. They did a hard
inquiry on my credit before I gave them permission to run my credit. Still, I went to
my credit union and got my own financing. I told them I wanted to have a third party
(Lemon Squad) do a pre-purchase inspection before I would buy the vehicle, and I
haven't heard from them since. All of this is too suspicious for me and I am no
longer interested in doing business with them.

This dealership is not worth the effort you put in to getting a vehicle. Better off using that same energy somewhere that actually work with acceptable service. I drove all the way from conyers to see a vehicle that wasn’t ready apparently wasn’t the right price and was dirty in and out and was directed to go such other cars at higher cost. Salesman told me it was a mistake in the price I said on all 10 sites he just looking goofy like come on I look up he only been selling there for a year I can tell. So they couldn’t wait to change the price and for more what a joke no be careful doing business with them they may waste your time and gas.

The phone experience was fine. However, the pricing was misleading.
The advertised price was low, but when the dealer added all the other
fees, I could almost buy a new Toyota Corolla LE. When a dealer adds
$699 - $899 in extra dealer fees, that is just way to much. There are
some dealers that don't charge any dealer fees. they just don't have any
pre-owned Corollas or I would go there.

We made a deal online for a lesser amount. They let me take the vehicle to
an independent mechanic who "blessed" off on the vehicle (it was in good
shape). SAI honored the amount they agreed to online and we did some
business. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO!
This car has been listed for nearly 3 weeks and every time I contact them,
they tell me that there is a pending sale on the vehicle which is fine, but they
keep telling me that after 3 days the car will be available. I respond back then

Salesman kept in contact, we agreed on a price over the phone providing it was as described. When I arrived I was greeted took a test drive together we sit down and made a deal where everyone was pleased. I enjoyed the negotiation and the treatment I was given. They showed respect for my opinions and likewise I theirs. I would buy from Southern auto imports. They know the value of their vehicles and I did my research and confess they are very, very close to the best price you will find. Very down to earth people to work with. My contact person was Daniel Herrera, who was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I purchased the vehicle today, and hopefully I will be very happy with my purchase. I had a great experience here. Rayshad responded rapidly, held
the car for me as I drove from 5 hours away and was cheerful and
knowledgeable when I arrived. The only drawback was waiting 20
minutes for the car to be buffed and cleaned. The office is nothing
fancy, but the employees seem to know what they are doing.

Apparently this car was sold over three weeks ago, a trip to their facility showed they didn't even have a RAV4 on their lot. They need to remove their add when no longer available.
