True definition of bait and switch and gross incompetence …over five days of back-and-forth conversations before I was notified that they sold vehicle 10 days prior to my initial inquiry… Three and four phone calls were required to get. a returned phone call… And when they did return the phone call, they constantly misrepresented the vehicle and stated that they had the vehicle when actually they did not… Rude and obnoxious from the receptionist all the way up to two different supposedly sales managers… The classic example of why the general public can’t stand car salesman.
They are the best...I flew down to check it out and they went out of their way to be helpful even bought me a cushion so I could see over the dashboard...the Fiat 124 Lusso was gorgeous and I drove it home 400+ miles the next day in a hurricane like storm without any difficulty at all...a shout out to Jason who facilitated the deal

Tony Vargas @ southern dodge Chrysler norfolk called me and answered all my questions He was not aggressive and treated me like a friend vs just another customer I ended up buying this truck I highly recommend Tony Vargas and Southern Dodge Chrysler Norfolk
I contacted this dealer after hours during the evening via the internet and their internet sales team immediately responded. The next morning, I was contacted by a salesperson who arranged for an appointment the following day. When I got there, they were ready for me, timely, organized, informative, responsive and efficient. I was coming from out of state and they recognized my travel involved and made the experience as smooth as possible for me. I purchased the Dodge Charger I had inquired about and left there a satisfied customer. I recommend this dealer.
