I had simply clicked on inquire about a mustang gt 500. This dealership then contacted me 4 phone calls 3 voicemails and 3 emails and a text
all on a saturday. If that was all not a huge deal. They then contacted me sunday evening during dinner. The salesperson then argued with
me about it not be borderline harassment. Monday morning again with emails that turned into full blown harassments and threats. They tried
to blame their over pressuring on me. I was the problem. They are unhinged. Do not use

Angelina made herself available to us and allowed to test drive this car but it just didn’t meet our expectations. She was a true professional and very courteous.

Nakia Cambell-sales rep handled/helped me through the purchasing process of my vehicle. Great experience overall only hiccup was the transport company that should’ve delivered my vehicle by this Friday. Unfortunately I had to run around and find out and confirm when the vehicle was to be delivered several times at no fault of Nissan.

The enitial response was good. But when I responded to get more info, they failed. Didn't hear back for several days. By then the car supposedly sold. Tried reaching out to dealer again, this time no response at all.

"Did you read the fine print?" That's what I was told by the sales rep Leah after driving 1hr and 5 minutes to see a Nissan Titan pro 4x. Why the low score review? 1. The condencending question and 2. Their total asking price of $67,000 not the advertised priced of $47,773. I was told I can get a discounted price after the "rebates" which is not specified on how to qualify. So I asked, "Couldn't you have told me this before I made the drive here?" We communicated twice via email and twice on the phone , at no point during our conversation was the current asking price mentioned. The truck wasn't even there on the lot becuase the dealers manager has been using the vehicle as his own personal vehicle. Why would you mark up a vehicle by 20k that is already off lot in use by someone else???

Too many extra fees: $986 Dealer fee; then extra $1000 for a 'certified inspection fee' immediately raised the price by $2000, then add tax and suddenly not such a great deal
when price went up $3500 before I even saw the car.

This Major Dealership is fraudulent. The price for the vehicle is wrong, it's false advertising. Also, they will not fix the vehicle because it's not a
Nissen. The buyer has to pay more to fix at the BMW dealership. They insist on selling the vehicle with one key. A vehicle with one key is at
risk of being stolen. And the sales representatives were rude. They want to take advantage of the consumer at all costs. I never saw so many
fees yet and I've financed a few vehicles. Lol.

441 Nissan did respond and we did work out a deal. Dove Carter was extremely professional and very helpful. Steven Bass, the VIP sales manager, seemed like he didn’t know what was going on though. There were too many middle men. Carlos, the finance manager did an assumptive close on me by adding in warranty that I didn’t ask for along with gap when I could’ve gotten that at my work. Although I can’t really complain because I did get a decent price on it. That being said whenever the driver showed up to pick up the car for shipping they let him leave without leaving a phone number or business name or anything. Also whenever the car arrived the seat Adjuster was broken and the car was in need of an oil change already.

The sales representatives were very nice. It did take a while for them to respond. In fact I called
at 9am and they said they would call back. I had to reach back out to them at 4:30 pm. Then
they worked up numbers for me and they added almost $2000 non negotiable "reconditioning
fee," which was not explained well and killed the deal. Why artificially lower prices online only to
surprise the customer when they try to purchase. Very poor business model. The salesman said
he was being transparent. He was... the listing on their website and CarGurus was not. Out the
door at almost 4k over listing price on 11.4 k price. Excessive at best. Be prepared to be
gauged.

They should tell you all the dealer fees , handling fees up front. The $12,800 car was
$17,500 out the door. Unethical.

They have the car listed at a low price to get you to their showroom but it is a scam, you cannot buy the car at that price. They add other fees such as preparation fee $900, dealer fee $900 which when added to sales tax and government fees took the total to almost $17000. This is a very large dealership, they should not be playing these games like small dealers, be up front as to what the car is really selling for so people do not waste their time in going to the dealership.

Would not negotiate months ago and then ended up selling the car for less than I asked. Not a good way to earn business. Responses from this dealer were disrespectful and sarcastic each time I contacted them regarding the vehicle. Never would I buy from this dealer because of this.
Communication is good. Watch out for “fees”. Added nearly $4000 in
fees to a $9000 car!

Good and reasonable sales experience on a low mileage Certified Pre Owned 2017 Frontier. I would of given higher rating until finding out getting a second key and fob cost close to $300.00 dollars and they wouldn't give me a vehicle owners manual.

Bad experience! After making arrangements to drive a car that was "being detailed just for me" with keys that "were being held aside for me" after car was loaned out as a repair replacement sales guy called to tell me the car was sold. Fortunately he reached me before I made the hour and 45 minute drive, otherwise there might have been bloodshed :) Nothing is impossible, but I highly doubt I would do business with them again. They would really have to make it worth my while and I don't think that's going to happen.
