The sales leader,Garret, was an excellent representative of the dealership. He was displayed knowledge on the Miata and the features of the vehicle. I’d come back to this dealership in New York minute. The car was perfectly prepared for my receipt. I am totally satisfied.

Drove to Tacoma to see this truck. Asked the first sales rep about it, said it's a good truck then sent me to the other lot to meet another guy. We took it out and I immediately felt and heard something. He said it's the road, after letting it coast I thought it was a bad rotor. We get back to the lot and I noticed the 4x4 light was on, I turned it off...wtf it didn't go! The transfer case is shot! Salesman acted dumb then the manager acted dumb! So, they're either crooks or they have no idea what they're selling you. See ya!

Purchase was smooth.. first time buyer and couldn't have had a better experience.. but upon purchasing dealer didn't verify any info on the car I was looking at.. Vins didn't match the year was wrong on the temporary registration and then get a call couple days later to redo paperwork for the correct vin for the car I ended up driving away with. No issue with that besides had to leave work and drive in rush our traffic all the way up to tacoma from sumner... I would go back for another purchase of vehicle in the future.. I'm just gonna make sure vins match, they do services on it you know the small bits that you'd want done without asking for.. like replacing wiper blades.. filling up the tank.. clean the interior.. and most of all clean out the glove compartment.. my car still had previous owners what ever it was in there... napkins papers, and some sort of bird feeder I think.. seeds EVERYWHERE in there didn't even bother touching anything in it until I cleaned it with my own clean

The salesman was cordial and honest as he could beat the ⏲, but no decision could be made on this SRT8. THE MANAGER was going to sell it wholesale which is not to deal with the public wanting to buy but you want to enhance your business not customer wants and needs.

If i could give zero i would. Went back and forth with a sales guy (Julian) for 3 days on day two early in the morning although i already was prequalified he made me and my wife fill out an application to get a better rate. He never contacted me i had to contact him. He said his finance guy was busy and couldn’t get to my application. But someone came in after i had submitted and was waiting on my approval and while i was working a deal and somehow their application got approved and they sold the car from under me. And then Julian wouldn’t take my calls and ghosted me. I had to call the dealership and find out from another guy they sold the car. I’ve bought many cars before and this was one of the worst dealerships experiences i have had.

I bought this car from them. Perfect 9 miles car. There was a small scratch from the transport, they properly fixed it. Consider them for your next purchase. I highly recommend. Also while they did the final touches for my RF club I had an RF gt (automatic), which was not expected. This was a real nice touch. And it made me realize how much the club/manual combo is better than a GT for what I want... No buyer's remorse.

Overall a pretty chill experience. I found a car I really liked. It was already priced well. They came down some from that price. I was happy; they were happy. They were friendly and accommodating. I even had a few laughs with Ed the finance guy. I would buy from there again.

They reached out to me to find out what I needed and promptly provided information on quality vehicles in their inventory.

I wanted to see images of the car (none were posted initially) and was sent a video later the same day. They were great in their follow up to gauge my interest and respectful when I told them I would not be interested in the particular vehicle.

Super helpful, very good customer service. I knew I was gonna but the car before I even went in and they made it as easy as it could’ve been. Genuine people, answered all my questions in a timely manner, everything was perfect and ready to go when I got there for the test drive. 10/10 all around the board, definitely recommend!

So I went to check out the car and the sales man said it was in the shop for paint told me to come back on Monday 4 days from now so I called on monday and they say come in still no car tells me you see any thing else I like I said no only interested in the mustang were is it in the paint be in next monday 3 weeks in I get a text telling me to come in I call first and a girl tells me come on in and check it out I said is the blue mustang back from paint she says let me go check rrrrrr why you call me and tell me to come in she's was like we have more mustangs just trying to sell me on other cars when I was only interested in 1 they dont care about any thing but selling you all bad

Good people. Didn't like the ride of the lifted jeep but the sales folk were excellent to deal with.

I originally contacted them for this vehicle but the price was too high. My husband contacted them on another vehicle and got it. The sales person Patrick was very helpful and got everything I asked for. Definitely worth the drive from Oak Harbor to Tacoma.
