Zero communication, zero level of transparency. Online prices are conditional on the basis of if you finance and if you exchange your car. Their prices are higher than what you can get a new car for. Lack of communication, rude behavior. I don’t recommend these guys. Especially after the lack of transparency with the pricing.

I have been given the run around on a car I wanted to buy. I received initial contact and then nobody has returned my calls or answered questions since. I even reached out to a sales manager 2 days ago and still have not heard back. If I call I get put on permahold or hung up on. Very disappointed!

Called to purchase the vehicle, I explained I would buy it could the vehicle be delivered, the woman on the phone seemed confused, i asked to speak with the manager. No return call, then i get a call to be told the car sold today, then had the audacity to ask if they could help me with anything else. You failed to help me the first time when i was ready to purchase the vehicle outright.

Today I worked with Robert at south shore and he was literally as advertised. The reviews say how good a salesperson he is but he’s also just a really kind and good person. The whole team here were extremely special and my current situation was dealt with extremely professionally. Also Niko and Andrew were so kind and I had a great experience !!

Worst dealership I have ever been in my life I bought a 2022 x3m the car need it service also brakes and a sensor, they told me when I was buying the car that they would take care of me and everything was going to get fix, then when I call to make the appointment and spoke to the manager Joe he said yes that he approved all the work that it needs when I went to the appointment on 06/27/25 they told me that they can’t cover that they not supposed to cover anything that that’s on me, I went to the dealership to try to speak to the manager Joe and one of the sales person named Andrew disrespect me and kicking me out the building. If your going to buy a car don’t buy here is a totally scam, they have the worst costumer service ever and the worst communication.

I found the dealership through CarGurus and made the trip all the way from Pennsylvania—and I’m so glad I did! Shania was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very first interaction, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. My experience this wknd was very disappointing with this place. I saw a Nissan listed and was very interested. It was listed at 3500 on Friday. I spoke with a dealer that day to confirm its availability, pricing etc. the lady I spoke with said it’s available, come in and see it, we can take it for test drive . I had my information taken down specifically for that car at that pricing according to the dealer. Keep in mind I’m 3 hours away from the dealership/car. Appt was made and confirmed for Saturday @ 4pm due to tue distance. I spoke with the same person Saturday before I left out to go there. All was well and ready as she confirmed again. I get half way there and decide to do an extra check as I like to be on point with these types of things and to my surprise and shock the same exact car was listed again at double the price!!!! I called the place again and was told to just come in and talk to someone anyway. How is this legal, professional or acceptable.

Bad experience! I was told that the car was in excellent condition but I wanted the sales person to inspect the car before I made a 2 hour drive to make my appointment the next day. She said she and call me back which she did. The car was not ready. I was told that it had to be recertified and she did not know how long that would take but she would call me when it was ready! A week later I call them for an update and was told that the car was hole-saled and they were sorry that they didn’t call me! No other explanation! And yet the car is still listed on Facebook! Not a good experience!

If I could give less stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. I have been trying to purchase a specific car from them for over 3 weeks now and on 4 separate occasions I was given the run around and then blown off. After reading other reviews I shouldn't be surprised by this.

I reached out regarding a listed pricing and they conveniently let me know that their “online listing” had multiple unlisted requirements for the price. They attempted to add an additional $4K to the listing. Do NOT trust this bait & switch seller.

I was told by two separate employees I was the first to inquire about a vehicle. I was wanting to purchase vehicle with cash. Was denied the opportunity to purchase because I had no currently financed trade and did not want to finance therefore additional funds would not be able to be obtained by dealership through back.end of purchase/ financing and financed trade. Was told by the salesman he would return my call in the am on details how to complete the purchase. He never called. when I called and spoke to a different employee was educated why I did not get the call .

When I contact the dealer, a gentleman told me he would get back to me as far as letting me know whether they still had the vehicle I was looking for in stock. However, he didn’t get back to me until the following day by then we purchased something.

** If I could give less than one star, I would.** I recently drove an hour to your dealership to purchase a car, only to find out that it wasn't ready for sale despite scheduling it almost five days in advance. The dealer called me several times to confirm my appointment for a test drive, which made this experience even more frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Given that nearly 50% of your customers have given you one-star reviews, it’s evident that there are systemic issues that need to be addressed, from the salesperson to the manager. Future customers, please read the comments others have written about this dealer before making the trip.

Typical bait an switch scam tactics. Thought the place would have a little decency being its tied to Mitsubishi but don't be fooled, this is your bottom of the barrel scam factory. Car advertised for 8k less than what they are selling for. When telling them i qualify for all the bonuses, they kept repeating the higher price. No response to the fact that i qualify for the "internet price" because there is none, its a no respect marketing tactic to waste your time walking through the door. Regardless of what you may qualify for, expect a minimum of 6k on top of what they market. Good thing this was figured out before i gave them my business. Don't waste your time go to a real dealership

The whole experience felt very scam like to me, not happy with my experience here. Car listed at 8450 on line, when it came time to see price, it was 11500, and was explained that the "internet" price included a 2500 bonus for a certain type of trade in, lol, I wasn't trading a car in, was also told that the other 1000 was for financing, which I was willing to do.. got 2 different stories, sales man said I could put 5-6k down, manager told me I had to finanace 9k.. although in NY there is no prepayment penalty, he asked i keep the loan for 90 days.. again not a huge deal to me.. Car was listed on line with 5 accidents and "no damage" but when the Car Fax came out there was a couple minor damage events and a moderate damage event.. Car was missing the Main lighting component in the roof, the whole unit was gone, and the back light in the passenger seating area was also missing

I have talked to 4 ppl in this office. They don't call back. They send emails and then don't respond to emails. I was ready to buy this car. Spoke to a salesperson after getting hung up on by Ashley in the office and he said he would call me back in 15 min. Never heard back. Also spoke with Sophia a couple of times she told me she would send the car fax and pre-approval over and didn't send either. Exchanged several emails with Jasmine. Who stated she'd been given the green light to make a very aggressive offer and I wrote back and said I'd love to hear the offer. No reply. 3 employers all females that aren't doing their Job there. I was ready to buy this car but bc they didn't bother following up after 2 weeks of trying I've found something else. Going to get my new ride today. Their loss. Don't recommend this dealership.

This dealer is a not honest , they have the vehicle listed for $30,000 on CarGurus and they gave me an amount to finance of $39,000 but it did not describe what charges I had, which means that they never reflected on the amount to finance, they never gave me an explanation. I had a pre-approval at 16% and they changed all the papers to give me a rate of 21% Never do business with this guy, tell him, I went to them to finance $28,000 and then they changed all the papers to make me pay $39,000 in financing, which in total would be about $70,000. Never do business with this dealer , they aren’t honest . Keep away this dealer

Actually I contacted them on 7-15-24 at 9:05AM. I said I would buy the car (actually listed at $3,526) I have 2 emails from CarGurus in my inbox showing this amount.) and told Denis I would put the full amount (about $3,935.00) on my credit card. Denis said he had to talk to his sales mgr. to OK the deal and would get back to me later that day. Tuesday still no reply. Wednesday AM I call Denis and was put thru to the "Finance" person. He told me let's close the deal. I said fine, charge my card for the $3,935.00. He said "Oh no, the price is $5,526. Sales mgr. raised the price yesterday as "someone" made a "mistake". The $3,526 was also priced on their in-house web site. $2,000 price increase on Tuesday. Later Wednesday, I am looking on Autotrader and find the same car for $5,526. However further into the Autotrader listing they show the Kelly Blue Book value as $2,500 - $4,200. I live in Tucson, AZ (I told them this) I guess they figure I am a dumb schlub and could r

Great deal until the extra charges come in. The price is a low "come on" price as you read on it is based on a deposit which brings the total price to an above average price. You have to read the fine print. There should be a full discloser law that requires all car dealers to list all the costs up front to avoid this type of phony pricing.

Went to buy this vehicle yesterday but the salesman wouldn't sell the car for the price of $20,326.00. He told us it will be out the door $35,000.00. If your selling a car at 20k sell that price don't upsell for higher price. I will never buy a car from this dealership.

Tried for days asking for out of the door price, instead, they wanted me to apply for a credit without knowing how much I’m paying, they are probably adding few thousands to the online price so ask for out of the door price before you go to the dealer, cuz then, you’re already in the spider web and it’s not easy to escape.

So this was my experience with South Shore Mitsubishi .please repost to get the word out. I hope the owner and owners read this and hopefully straighten this out, unless, of course, they know about it also. Absolutely the reason car dealers have a bad name. The typical bait and switch, advertised in several places a 2019 Kia sorento with a convenience package, called several times, spoke to Ashley Gonzalez who confirmed everything with me on the phone. I drove 2.5 hrs from NJ for this vehicle to get there and have Hector, The salesman almost laugh at me when I asked about the vehicle and its accessories. First, the vehicle wasn't even there when I clearly had an appointmen, which was verified several times, was even pre approved for financing to prove I was serious about the vehicle. When Hector told me it must be a typo, I asked why has this vehicle been on there lot for over 4 months? He then said it not a popular vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager and he disappeared.

When I found the vehicle online, it was of good value. Later, after I started talking to Eder, the salesperson, the price went up by $7,000. When I questioned it, they said that the value of the car fluctuates. I then did a little bit of research on the dealership, and they have extremely bad reviews. Multiple reviews mentioned this dealership's bait-and-switch tactic. Buyer beware! I'm not doing business with them. Best of luck.

I purchase a car there. Worst experience ever. Spent the entire day at the dealership meaning their process is hectic. I drove off the lot and the next day the car start having problems but that’s fine I guess because it’s sell as it is. My temporary tag they gave me expired and I still haven’t received my license plate and registration. I call them every but I can’t talk to someone. They keep telling me someone will call me back but nothing. As I’m writing this I still haven’t received my plates nor a phone call explaining me why. The finance guy that worked with me name Azmain ( I hope you stay away from him and the entire dealership) blocked me so I can’t contact anyone there directly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I bought this 2016 Ram 1500 on 11/13/23. Rob the sales manager was extremely helpful and he was a professional and pleasure to work with as well as Oliver the financial manager. Oliver got me a better apr percentage rate from the same bank that I bank with and he also saved me a bunch of money on my aftermarket warranty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Most dealerships are trying to grind you out of as much money as possible. Not the case here they worked with me so that we both came to a fair deal for both parties. Other dealerships should take notes and lessons from South Shore Mitsubishi and they would also have positive feedback/ratings on their reviews. Thank you very much

Unfortunately other experiences are correct, price advertised is not the price of the car they want a mandatory down payment even when doing a cash buy. After adding all fees and tax it comes to a lot more than advertised.

BIG WASTE OF TIME! The most horrible car dealership experience of my life! The car advertised on CarGurus is damaged on the lot! They made us wait for an hour just to get the car over to the dealership and they never showed up with the car they made us drive to the lot where the car was camped and then we saw all of the damage on the front end and they claimed they could not find the keys. They We’re unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone we left and they let us walk away unhappy

Drove an hour to this dealership only to find out they tack on an additional 4k to the price for mandatory warranty. Even if you don’t want it. So the 15l car I was going to look at was really 19k plus tax, dealer fee and other stuff. Very deceptive and misleading

If there was a zero star, that is what I would give these people. They are a bunch of thieves, very dishonest people and scammers. Just stay away from them. But if you decide to do business with them, you must be alert and read the paperwork, especially the numbers. The vehicle I purchased was listed for $34,337, I messaged them to confirm that, that was the price the vehicle would be sold to me and they confirmed it. Just to find out three weeks later that the vehicle was sold to me at $11500 more. This was because I trusted them, when I got there, the finance guy Sequan just pulled the papers and said “sign here, sign here “, I I thought everything was discussed so I forgot to pause to look at the details of the numbers. It took three weeks before they mailed the purchase paperwork to me and that was when I found out. Meanwhile, I had to buy four new tires three days later because the tires were flat and couldn’t be repaired. Multiple scratches and dents… my worst mistake

I called to confirm listed price & get exact price with all added taxes & fees associated with buying a car & was told it would not be possible to get a price until I go down & talk to them . They say they can possibly get it down some & I asked if the price could go up & was assured no that if anything , it would be less then advertised price….. when I said that was ok , I will pay asking price & just wanted an exact total so I can have it on hand when I arrived , they still said they couldn’t. I thanked them & said I’m not interested. I received a call within 2 minutes from someone asking if I was interested in a car there & what was the issue . I told him exactly what was said to the first person I spoke with & he miraculously had a price for me on hand already when he “so called” had no idea of the issue in the first place …. That price was $16,000 above the price I was assured it couldn’t go over . Total crock of b.s. steer clear from this place . Dishonest as can be .

Great sales person Cory. Honest and upfront. Too bad he works at a not so upfront dealership. Don’t get me wrong , they’re honest. Just felt mislead looking at prices and then having to follow some bs financial through them , pay too dollar for a non accredited insurance aka extended service contract that barely covers anything. Long story short. Read the fine print. Based on my experience only. Like i said they’re honest. Just beware of fine print.

Worst dealership, I’m still waiting on an out the door price and I’ve tried calling multiple times. They will put you on hold or take there sweet time. You have to chase them to buy a car, what kind of customer service is this? Stay way and save yourself a headache.

Similar to my experience at another dealership, I went to see this car in person and the price they have listed here IS NOT THE PRICE THEY TOLD ME WHEN I ARRIVED. It was over $31,000. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I recommend anyone looking for a car DO NOT GO TO South Shore Mitsubishi.

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. They have cars listed that they're not actually selling. And when I called to enquire they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The salesman basically said that they didn't care if he got my business cause the cars would just be selling themselves. Then they said they would follow up regarding the car I wanted, which they didn't for almost a month. Only to try and pull a bait and switch on me, and have me drive over 4 hours. Very very disappointed.

I drove over an hour for a car 740 BMW that i was interested in getting that day. Got to the dealership and the sales rep told me that the price is 69k $13,000. more than its listed for on cargurus . I was very disappointed ! stay away its a waste of time!!!!

I just called this dealership to verify they had a car there. Its listed here for $17,526 and when he told me the price advertised is not the true price. They add another $3k in fees in addition to their listed prices. Stay away and save yourself time and look for a reputable dealer.
