Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The process took a lot longer than we anticipated which was a bit frustrating at times, but they remained very kind and patient with us throughout.

The prices shown on CarGurus and other websites were not real. The car was listed at $37k, but when I arrived to buy it with cash, the price jumped to over $53k. They added $2,500 for shipping, a $1,000 dealer fee, and other charges, ending at $53k with taxes included. I expected about $41k–$45k total with taxes, plates, and registration. What I didn’t like is that the salespeople didn’t even know the real price—only someone inside the office did. I don’t mind paying the real price, but they should publish it honestly. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for nothing.

Terrible Service. Entire staff that I encountered was either not helpful, rude or arrogant. I bought my car elsewhere at a nearby dealership in valley stream & paid more

Good Deal, the commercial salesman was great. Bonus, it had a full tank of gas.
Out of there in a couple hours.
Negative experiance. Tell you something and
then completely change everything in an
attempt to confuse the customer.
Confirmed with two different people at the
dealership the sales price that there was no
extra added on fees and that there would be
no add ons at time of sale. The
business manager, Eric tried using every used
car dealership tactic there is under the sun.
I have nearly 50 communications with this
dealership and everything that was said by
Eric was contradictory to all the
communications that I had with six different
representatives of dealership. Once I
mentioned incorrect sales practices Eric
became agitated and confrontational, then
walked away.
The price you have for the car was incorrect when I was there they said it would have been $200 more a month for this car then your price . the wireless charger didn’t work on this car and 4 different people tried their phones and still didn’t work. There’s more reasons but iam not writing them out because the sales person left me a nasty voicemail when I reviewed this dealership on another site . The manager and the finance person were nice I don’t have anything negative to say about them.. The cars I drove were good and were clean. But I Wouldn’t recommend this dealership.. I was so stressed out the whole time I was there..

Not good at all. I looked over the vehicle and sent a request for more information. I wanted pics of the under carriage as it is a New York
vehicle (ice, snow, road salt, etc.). What I got back was a response telling me about incentives that they didn't want me to miss out on. So, I
again requested pics of the under carriage. I asked them if they even saw my email. I got back another response asking me to 'drop by' the
dealership. So, I replied that if I could just drop by I would not have been asking for under carriage pics. I asked them then if they were going
to honor my request. If they didn't then I would just move on. I have not received a reply.

The salesperson seemed rushed and disinterested. Once we sat down and talked numbers I was advised if I don’t finance through their banks and buy it out right, he would have to add on another 5k on top of the sticker price. So when I asked him what will the final numbers be with tax and all he didn’t want to tell me. Said had to talk to the finance manager about it and I said ok let’s do it. He tried to convince me not to since I didn’t have the down payment on me as I was just browsing that day. They lost my business.

Vehicle was advertised on CarGurus (2024 Ram 2500 color red) for $40,926.00. Made an appointment
to see the vehicle. Met with the saleswoman, Jasmine. I advised that I would buy the truck in full by
bank check at the advertised price. I specifically asked if there were any hidden fees if I bought it
outright other than registration and tax and she assured me there wouldn't be. When I asked to
negotiate price she said she wasn't authorized to do that, only the manager would contact me.
Received a call from the manager who informed me that if I was buying the truck outright that I would
have to pay an additional fee of $4,000. for not financing through them and the certified pre-owned
warranty by the dealership which came to over $2,000.00. I got penalized for being able to buy the car
at the advertised price and forced to pay for a superfluous add-on that provided no value to me since it
already came with a factory warranty that still had 28 months left on it. Never bought the truck.
We had a very bad purchase experience from this dealer. They publish their used auto at very competitive price. Once we
got there, they immediately took the personal information and ran credit check without our consent before even giving a
final price of vehicle. They took 4 hours to crunch some numbers and added $7000 on top of published price. They are
classic 'Bait and Switch'. avoid this dealer.

I'm extremely disappointed with my
recent visit to the dealership
I traveled 2 hours to visit the dealership
to check out the 2024 GLE Coupe.
Upon arrival, I was informed that they
didn't have the car in stock.
The most frustrating part is that they
didn't notify me beforehand, despite me
presumably expressing interest or
making an inquiry.
I expect better communication from the
dealership, especially when it comes to
availability of the vehicle. A simple
phone call or email could have saved
me a 2-hour trip.
Good coffee, and friendly service to a degree but the sales tactics are terrible. They listed a car for $42,500, so I went to see it and asked for the out-the-door price, including taxes and fees. Instead of giving me a straight answer, they said I’d need to talk to financing first. I know that’s not how it works. Then I offered to pay cash, and suddenly the car was about $10,000 more if I paid cash. Pure games and a total waste of time. The only positive? Very clean restrooms—because all the crap is left for the sales floor.

One of the worst experiences I had with a dealer lying to you from the first day not answering your phone calls, telling you they’re gonna call you back make you come in to waste your time. Then hit you with warranties and fees. Making the price of a car almost double. Plus all their cars have problems. And they refuse to fix or acknowledge them.
Horrible dealer, terrible experience. Vehicle listed was never at the dealership and was sold long before I inquired. They tried a bait and switch but it didn’t work. Everyone ignored my calls all day long, I was promised a phone call from a manager starting at 9:30 am and never received a call. Salesperson that I finally spoke to at 5:30pm when I called back for the 3rd time was very rude.
Salesman was not too bad.. although not very professional but nonetheless the finance “manager” was the farthest from transparent or helpful. Clearly only wanted my sale to benefit himself. Explicitly told them not to run my credit for any branch other than my own they proceeded to put 5 hard inquiries on it. After confrontation I was told the salesman didn’t know what he was doing & it was a lack of communication but since they’ve already inquired we “might as well go ahead”. 0/10!!!
False pricing, expect for them to add $5k in acquisition, transportation, coorindating and dealer prep fees. If you decline the extended warranty they adjust the list pricing another 5%. Car had a huge dent on the roof that wasn’t even shown.Disrespectful, uninterested, really just grimy finance team over here. I’d stay far away
I’ve tried to buy a car from this dealership for almost two weeks!!! They don’t call you back and if you do finally get someone on the phone they won’t honor the price clearly stated on line unless you buy all there add ones!!! I’ve never tried to buy a car from a dealership that clearly doesn’t want to sell cars lol

Horrible offered what they priced it at gave a $500 deposit haven't heard from the sales manager wouldn't give me a sales contract 10 times I asked in text with the agent who was Andy I called for this service for themselves manager and I can't get a hold of them or they send me to Andy that I was all I have a $25,000 check for them all I wanted to do was buy a truck and have some paperwork sent to me so I didn't show up blind I ended up having to cancel my train ticket and now I can't get anybody to respond about my $500 deposit Finance guy speaks to me and I said told him I could have just came here with a bank check I want to tell you all will it would have been a lot more money it's like I do what you had it priced at the old reviews still happening

Made a test drive appointment online after sending in an inquiry from cargurus about one of their used vehicles.
Drove an hour to the dealership,
no car out front waiting on a nice morning test drive OPPORTUNITY at 10:00 am
Car was buried behind 6 other cars in a small detail garage IN BACK SOMEWHERE and no one even asked if I still wanted a test drive
Looked car over in garage, inside and out
Very nice car.
Offered asking, advertised price for the car.
Doesn’t work that way
They have fees, dealer prep $1,000.
Another dealer fee $900.
Plus the normal reg fees and taxes
An up charge of $2000. On an advertised price.
The sales manager pretended to see what he could do with the owner.

We've been looking for our dream car for a while, and Southshore Jeep in
Inwood, NY, had it. I came from Texas, and Shahriar Siam picked me up
from the airport and fed me lunch. The experience was excellent. Everyone
was kind, and Eric Sherriff did everything he could to save me money. No
gimmick here with these fantastic people. Thank you, Southshore, for your

This dealer misrepresents all of their cars. They claim the used cars have way less miles than they actually do and they advertise cars that are not in stock. Buyer beware
Terrible experience. Contacted the dealer yesterday and was told the car was available. Sent a text this morning saying I was on my way and asked for an address and confirming the car was still available. I had explained I was only interested in this vehicle and was traveling from 1.5 hours away and asked they let me know if the car was sold. I was half way there, stuck in terrible traffic so I called the dealership to verbally confirm the car was available. I was told the car sold the previous evening. This is a bait and switch dealership. I confirmed this when my husband inquired about the same vehicle while I was driving home and they told him it was still available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS. They cant be a quality dealership if they have to resort to lying. I wish 0 stars was an option.

They called me right away and had Jeep ready for a test drive. I decided to get a 2018 so did not go for a meeting
Less than stellar. Car was very overpriced, and they were not willing to negotiate...at ALL. Saw a different salesperson than the one that contacted me. Car was a 'fleet
vehicle' according to Carfax, with 4k miles on it. Looked like much more, from the numerous scratches, small dents, and paint imperfections on it. I scrutinize used cars very
closely and carefully. Very fixed on market price according to the mileage, unwilling to take into consideration numerous physical imperfections. Bought a similar car, 2 years
older, in much better condition, even though it had 10k more miles on the odometer, elsewhere for thousands less.
Lone positive, very good hot chocolate.

I saw a truck on their website and arranged to go see it. After I got there
they told me the car had been hit by a snow plow and I couldnt view it.
They assured me it was just the bumper and it was being fixed. They told
me they would contact me with updates. They never did. After almost a
week of waiting I called Steve who got belligerent and angry with me and
eventually said the car "took a hard hit" and was not repaired yet. It was a
2013 black laramie and the price on the vehicle later increased on the
website. Very SHADY. Would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible experience. Agreed on a price with salesman only to have manager
to change price. Agreed on a higher price with manager left a deposit and
couldn't get the dealership to send a revised purchase agreement reflecting
the deposit. It was a simply modification and was told repeatedly they would
make it right away and then never did. After two days withdraw my deposit
and went elsewhere.

Excellent sales and finance experience drove down on a Sunday to look at a used jeep on the lot from 3hrs away and it was there waiting for me all ready for the test drive, decided I wanted it and they all went above and beyond to get me out the door that day. Thanks Sammoy and Tom!!

I made an appointment but still had to wait some time before
I was seen by a rep. It was much different than other
dealerships, no desks, just tables and chairs strewn about
and a rep came to your table when one was available.
Seemed a little unprofessional. Our experience with our rep
was a fair one. He was a nice man but also unprofessional. I
did find out a decent amount of information on the car and
test drove it. But we did not end up making the buy. I have
received at least 1 call a day from the sales rep. since we
have been there.

I drove all the way from New Jersey to
see the truck, at first he didn't even
know he had it in his inventory . they
pulled the truck out front let us take a test
drive and then when we get back they tell
me it was sold this morning but there was
no sold sticker on the vehicle. I had a
feeling that the sales person was lying to
me to sell me a new vehicle. Typical sales
tactic in the industry . This is what's
Stealerships do. At that point they tell
me they can put me into a 2015 ram
1500. I asked what is the best price they
can do on the black and black truck they
tell me $41,000. I told them that was too
much for me can he ask his manager for
a lower price. Then the manager comes
up and says he will give me a white 2015
ram 1500 Laramie for $52,000.
At this point I realize they are not even
listening to me they just want to do what
they want to do and that was take me to
the bank. At this point I just walked out
and realize what a waste of my time. On
the way home and three days later I get a
call from a finance manager asking me
when I will be in to look at the truck. They
didn't even document that I came in that
day. Today I get an email from Car Gurus
asking me about my experience. Well the
dealership lied to me the truck was never
sold in fact they never even took a
deposit on it. If you look on the website
today it is still available. I found a better
truck in New Jersey and the dealership
was fair. I will never even drive past that
place again. they are horrible,
unprofessional and worst of all they lie.

I bought the car from this dealership,there
service was quick and I had a good deal for
the vehicle. I took the car for a test drive,I
informed management that the vehicle needed
brakes,two front tires and a tail light was
damaged. I was informed that the vehicle had
passed inspection,in terms of the pads.
However,I spent $605 on pads/disk back and
front! This should had never taken
place,considering that people are put in harms
ways with this practice. Furthermore,I called
today for an update on the two front tires and
the taillight . After eight days of having the
vehicle,it still needs two front tires and the
tailight replaced. These items were written on
the bill of sales,for replacement! I must add
that the sales rep and financial manager were
very good individuals!
