Stay away. Agreed on a price Wednesday night. They sold it while we were waiting for it to be detailed Thursday. Manager was rude when contacted and basically said it was our fault and said all dealerships use this business practice in the current market. We will never return.

Went to this dealership to inquire about two vehicles, both of which are listed on Car Gurus. Found both cars sitting on the lot. Found a salesman to assist. I was told neither vehicle is for sale they are being wholesaled. I inquired as to why they are both for sale on Car Gurus. Was told they always do that. See to be a questionable practice at the least. Would not use this dealer.

I called to see if they would take my bargaining price and they said they can't sell it. If they can't sell it, WHY is it
posted for sale?? They then tried to sell me another van that is over twice the cost of this one. This company is
shady and something needs to be done about them.

Salesman was nice, polite and professional. They did everything they could to try and find
a truck that would meet the lenders wants as well as my needs. Unfortunately no

Asked for additional pictures and videos of a 2102 Chevy Cruze because it seemed on the cheap side, so I wanted to see it running. They email back stating the vehicle has sold. I’m on cargurus a few days later and it’s is still up for sale, but they jacked the price up $3000. South Pointe Chevrolet is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Even though this vehicle is still listed as available, when I contacted the dealership, they said it had sold, but they had other inventory for me to look at. So I made an appointment to go check over their inventory and do a possible test drive. The salesperson NEVER showed!!! When I texted him, he didn't even apologize for missing the appointment. I did see another vehicle I'm interested in, but don't know if I want to deal with this dealership. Seems like the vehicle I reached out to them about is just bait to get you in to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Hard to say. Their customer service is something left to be desired. NO stars from me.

Contacted by email. Did not really answer my questions. I asked if it had the tow package. The answer I got was, "I don't know but I can check. If not we can add one". Why couldn't they check before sending the email? They gave me no information that I did not already have.

Finally got to talk to someone and they said truck needed a motor was why it was so cheap, even though their website said it was ready to test drive. 10k is cheap for a truck that needs a motor

Brought the car out for a test drive. I decided I wanted the car. Went over paperwork answering all questions I had. Had the car cleaned up with a full tank of gas & I drove away in my new car.

Showed up at the time I had told the salesman I would... never found him. A few employees tried to help find him and had contacted him on his cell. I tried calling his cell and texting the number from which he’d texted me... nothing. I drive around, found the vehicle myself, determined I wasn’t interested and drove off the lot. Never had any help from the guy.

At 1st very good to work with, but Their “Financing for Everyone” not true. They must only have 1 credit person. Took 4 days for them to get back to me just to tell me they wouldn’t work with me. I was upfront about my situation. Had to call a lot just to be told credit person was out sick or something else. Just very aggravating. I bought a truck a few days later who got everything done in 1 morning & was better at working with me with my financial situation.

Disappointed but NOT surprised. After a week of emails to get “off the
lot” pricing and unanswered phone calls from the internet sales person,
I finally received a agreeable price and set up an appointment to get the
contract only to receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to closing that
informed me that the sales incentives were no longer available and the
price was up $2000 dollars but if I could come in they were sure we
could come to a mutually acceptable deal for the both of us.
Pass on this Dealership.

Started off well, until the second salesman got involved and just tried to up sell me on things I was obviously not there for. It’s a used car and to be serviced and detailed should be expected. I was told they wouldn’t do that on a maybe after I told them I planned on checking out other options at other places that day. That second salesman is the reason I didn’t buy this car.

I bought the car but was a little disappointed in the dealers disclosure of certain facts. The car did not come with any Key Bobs and that was not fully disclosed until just before final paperwork. Disappointing. The dealer however did replace the windshield wipers, gave me a full tank of gas and tried to detail the vehicle. A lot of the windows were smeared not fully clean. If I had the time I would teach their detail guy how to fully detail a car.
