I bought this car there they where very helpful trough the financing and everything

Great service. Salesman took me to breakfast while we waited on my wire transfer to go through.

Dealer advertised great car.

Initial response was swift and friendly. Then there were a few days when emails and phone calls were not returned. After that, the experience was stellar! Clear, detailed data on every penny of the proposed deal, right through to "out-the-door", absolute willingness to negotiate (they accepted my initiall offer!) and superb service in delivering the car 55 miles to my door! I was given as much time as I wanted to test drive the car and check out all of its amenities. They gave me a more- than-fair price for my trade. And...followed up with courtesy calls. All over, an excellent experience, despite the early lack of communication.

I was going to purchase out of state… And the staff there were very friendly and went over the procedures with me. I didn’t buy the car there because it was a little too complicated but they were nice.

Since it was a 2 1/2 hr drive to see the car it was important to ask questions. Having owned 4 Toyota’s I felt the dealer would back their used car sale. It’s a very busy dealership. I can’t say enough about Karla Caiaffa, the relationship manager who answered my many questions over several days. Her responses were immediate. Very comforting to say the least. I decided to put a deposit down to hold the car till I could make the travel south. The vehicle was comfortable and had every safety and convenience feature I could want in a used vehicle. The only negative was the CarPlay audio didn’t work when I drove home. It was still under warranty for another two weeks so I had Ford check it out after I got home. Toyota offered to have their service dept correct the next day but traveling again didn’t make sense. I was disappointed that this wasn’t detected upon inspection. For my time and inconvenience Toyota replaced a dated accessory in my older Toyota Sienna van.

Good people... a few promlems due to late Friday sale and need for new key to be cut. Overall friendly and knowledgeable. Andy did his best to give us a good experience.

Called me once. I asked for the out-the-door price, and she only was able to give me a ballpark number. She did not call me again for two weeks, and I had purchased a car by that time. Otherwise friendly.

Ttying to trade my vehicle to Jose was impossible. Jose wanted to give me $12 under KBB prices.

Horrible. I contacted them a week before I showed up. I made an offer on a truck. They accepted. I said I'd be there on Weds. I showed up, test drove the truck, told him id take it, we fueled it up, I sat at the table waiting for them to bring out papers to sign, & the poor salesman (who was very courteous) came & told me the truck had already been sold by someone else. I spent almost 2 hours there with my wife & 3 year old only to be let down. The manager gave me a gas voucher & race tickets. Hardly enough to make up for the fiasco. AND to add insult to injury, they kept sending me emails asking me to come in and see the truck! One week later, I found an even better truck and purchased it. The day I get home with it, I get a call from the original Internet manager, Orlo, asking if I was still interested in the truck?!? He said the deal had fallen thru with the other buyer. Too little, too late. A day late & a dollar short, as they say. Other than my sales rep that took the test drive with me (I think his name was Amin), this was a horrible experience.

The car salesman had no knowledge of the car I was looking to purchase and was no help at all. Not a good experience and I will not be returning.

Poor communication

Very disappointed..went to see an odyssey..the salesmen wastes my time..it literally looked like it was pulled from the junk yard and put back on the road...shameful

doesnt follow thrue after sale big run around ...bougth on saturday ,said iwould be back on tuesday to exchange wheels they couldnt get truck on lift to busy ,said they would deliver wheels wednesday its friday no wheels no responce on phone big run around after sale
