The initial online contact was fast. Once we agreed on the “Out- the-door” price, I went to the dealership test drove the vehicle and consummated the deal. Everyone was polite and professional. Everything was stress free and relaxed. I would do business with this dealership again.

If I could give them a zero I would. They admitted to me that they lowball their cars online to drag customers in and then they charge them a dealer prep fee which is $1695.00 plus a dealer fee of $$799 on order to recuperate their deductions. Very deceitful dealer. They tried to sell me something else but I told them that I can not do business with such a deceitful dealer.

*****PLEASE READ****** I should have read the 1st review, so I hope other potential buyers read these bad reviews for dealership! As the 1st reviewer stated, "SHADY SALES PEOPLE and TACTICS"!!!! After seeing the price drop $2500 from when I initially saw it online, I thought it was too good to be true, put didn't see anything on the CarFax that made me think it was something wrong with the vehicle. However, I didn't read the reviews which I should have! I spoke to an Internet sales person, Catherine, who seemed to be genuine after I explained to her my full intentions and willing to work with me for the 2013 Volkslwagen CC 2.0T Lux FWD. But little did a I realize that when my friend who lives in Flordia went to go test drive the vehicle and was handled by Nicholas, the price also inflated, from agreeing to $9500 to about $12500. They charged a $800 dealer fee and a $1625 preparation fee. Just ridiculous!!!! They are truly deceptive and unscrupulous. STAY AWAY!

Shady carsalemen here please stay away! They had the car listed for 28,829 when I asked for the buyers order they increased the sales price to 31,340 without a clear explanation! The salesmen leon couldn't explain how the vehicle jumped from 28,829 to 34,000 including tax title tag and their outrageous dealership fees!! Please stay away dont waste your time you are being warned!! All of their 5 star comments are fake!! Pay attention and read their one star comments they are all nearly the same which should tell you the truth!

I haven’t seen such dealer ever in my life, I contacted them for a particular Car, the price was $36000 and I was very much interested to buy it. They told me that the price is not negotiable, I was okay with it and asked them what all the charges they charge above the selling price. They told me that selling price, Dealer fee i.e $799 which is Fixed and tax including it, I was okay to pay all what they told me, I have waited whole day to get the buyers order from them, finally the showed up with all the numbers changing including the car price adding $1000 more just before sending me the Buyers order & also they added one more fee i.e predelivery fee which is $2695, which has made more difference for the bill. Later on I asked them that this is not fair that you can’t just increse the price of the car just before sending and also it’s not right that they haven’t mentioned me about predelivery charge before($2695) but added it on the Order which has made difference about $4000 than what they auctually told me.So it totally pissed me off.

I live in north broward and after receiving a confirmation call about my appointment to see a vehicle I drove to south miami for a vehicle that when I got was told wasn't even for sale.....total waste of my time!!!

Sadly, I had to pull out of car shopping due to job loss. But the staff made every effort to follow up with me in reference to the vehicle I was interested in & would definitely consider them for my car buying needs.

I inquired about the vehicle and they responded right away....Thanks to all who helped me
