Drove 30 minutes to see this car and the car was didn’t have leather seats, navigation, back up camera or premium sound system. Sales person apologized but the information hasn’t been corrected here or on their website 4 days later.

Burton, Larry, and Don were amazing! Very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed on what was going on throughout the process. We were on the lot for less than 5 minutes before Burton approached us. Will definitely be back for my next truck!

I had a great experience buying my 2010 Range Rover from South County Auto Plaza. There was no pressure to buy. All of my questions were answered and they worked with me on everything I wanted. The salesman, Jeff was outstanding. It was by far my best experience buying a used car from a dealership. When I'm in the market to buy another used car, I will definitely go see them first.

This dealer is not worth the time to buy a vehicle from they lied to me about my 2003 Ford Thunderbird they lied about the air conditioning the tires were bad and I'm still fixing other things so I would not do business with this dealer

Deceitful tactics. Wasted my time, tricking me into driving 25 minutes to see a vehicle they had already sold. It took 10 minutes to even find that out, because they wanted my full name, phone number, email, etc just to "be able to tell you if that vehicle is still available." When the salesman went to go "check with his manager" I walked out. Tired of trashy dealers.

Yes they did respond very quickly even on Christmas Eve. They had just received the vehicle a day or two before and the salesman took the time to take pictures and send them to me.Unfortunately for me the vehicle was so popular I couldn’t get there quick enough to make the purchase.

I drove two hours from home to come check out this car. The pictures look great and on the website it reported no hail damage and no wrecks... When I got there I noticed many things wrong with the car. It had obvious hail damage and a huge crack in the back, along with stains on the ceiling and a broken vent visor. They did however offer to fix the damage and were friendly, but the damage was not reported on the website and would have been nice to know about before driving two hours away. I was very disappointed.

Okay, a pretty good experience, but the post above was not clear about the fact that the price does not include $1,000 down, so the price was actually $5,766, not 4. That being said, they've been easy to deal with, and I'm fairly happy with the vehicle so far.

They didn’t continue assisting us at all. They just left us with no responds. It was very poor customer service. We didn’t know if were approved for the car or not.

Vehicle had dents on the top. Dealer was polite and courteous but the car wasn't worth the money

They were quick easy and understanding. They got me the car i wanted and worked with me on the payments. I would recommend going here.

I talked to them on the phone and discovered that the truck didn't quite meet all of our specifications. They were courteous on the phone and helpful. We didn't buy from them or have any other contact with this dealership since the truck didn't meet our qualifications.

Would give zero if I could. I wouldn't do business with them nor would I recommend them to anyone. We had plans to come in and look at a vehicle. We had been speaking with Larry about the one we were interested in and informed him that due to our work schedules, there was a specific day(5 days later) that we could make it in to look at the vehicle. Since the vehicle we were interested in had been on their lot for four months per cargurus, we asked if it was possible for them to hold it until we came to look at it. We got to the day before we intended to go to the dealership when we confirmed with Larry at 3:39 PM that we were coming in the next morning at 9 and that the car we wanted was still there. It was and he said he would have it ready for us to see. Fast forward to about 8:30 that night. We filled out the online credit app to save time the next day. At 930 Larry informed us that the car had sold that night. Really?? I informed Larry I would take my business elsewhere.

Drive 125 miles 1 way and jeep was not as described it had over 10,000 more miles than stated and when you got over 35 miles per hour the steering wheel shakes so bad you have to stop

Not willing to work with me . Even though they do lot financing they will not finance me as I am out of their small radious even though I offered to let them auto withdraw my payments from My bank account .

They immediately texted me after 10 p.m., which I didn't really like, but other than that no major problems. Just went with different car.

The specific car that I emailed about, the only one I was interested it, was not at the dealer when I came in. It was the only one I was really interested in and inquired about. After the sales rep texted me, I texted him back and told him I would be coming in Saturday around noon. When I got there, the cars was not on the lot and I was told the Sales Manager's wife had it. If that was the specific car I was coming in to look at, why would you let your Sales Manager's wife take it off the lot?
