I drove 2 hours to test drive the car. I wanted to purchase the car but they tagged almost $3000 onto the posted internet price. Bad advertisements if you ask me. They offered to take off 800 of the $3000 but they should have sold it as they advertised it. Stay away from this place. I only gave a two star because they were nice even though they were trying to rip me off.

Did not end up buying a car here but the service and response was great. Neil was wonderful, very polite and didn’t pressure us. I appreciated all his help and we stayed in contact until I found a car that better suited us. He seemed genuinely happy for us.

Neal the salesperson did a nice job. He was professional and not pushy. I got the price of the car that was advertised. No extra warranties were pushed on me.
Probably the fastest experience that I have had in buying a car--I would return to this dealership without reservation.

Went up there last night and saw the car and the salesman was really nice it just wasn't for me.

Terrible experience. I talked to them on the phone. I drove all the way down there for them to add another $4000 to the price after I test drove it. They would tell me one thing and then send a different guy in who would tell me something different. It was way to much hassle.

Easy to work with but very unprofessional and
unorganized. They forgot to give me my warranty
paperwork, my remote key to the car had a dead
battery. I was also told when I called that the car I
was purchasing would have a full tank of gas. It
was less than halfway. I was told they would
spend time with me showing me how to work all
the technology. I had to ask for someone to show
me, he spent a quick 2 min going over the car. I
left very confused and questioning if I had just
made a mistake. Not quite the experience I’m use
to when purchasing a car.

One of the greatest experience I've ever had. From the Call center to the agent and Finance Officer. They all provided an incredible experience of second to none customer service and customer care. I would highly recommend my my friends and relatives to this dealership.

Everyone there had a poor attitude! And
they told me the car was ready for me to
look at so I drive an hour out to way to
look at it, and then I find out that the car
was sold to days prior! Very Poor
communication!!!!! I would never
recommend this dealership! I went to
the Hyundai dealership ofake norman
on exit 28 off 77 towards charolette.
.and bought a car there for a better price
AND AMAZING SERVICE! I would
recommend that dealership..never this
one! Sorry
