Overpriced. We went thinking we had an appt but the person we talked to via text didn’t work there and the sales manager we were told we would meet with wasnt there that day. They were not interested in selling cars that day. Including us we seen 5 customers leave without buying.

I ended up purchasing a used 2013 Mini Countryman and throughout the entire process they were
exceptionally helpful and the sales associates were thorough but without the pushiness associated
with car dealerships. Financing was straightforward and as a first time car buyer, they were very
understanding with my confusion and anxiety around the car shopping, buying and financing process
and helped me along the way. I drove over 100 miles to this dealership and do not regret a mile of the
trip.

There were hidden warranty fees included in the overall price that I did not know about until I got to the Dealership and they We’re not flexible in price. I also felt an eery feeling dealing with some of the salesmen. They seemed like they were ready to scam me. They also Let me walk out the door with cash.

We haven't called the dealer yet as we are not ready to purchase. They have not pressured us to purchase a
vehicle as of yet. We didn't want high pressure sales so it's nice they respect that. When we are ready, we will

Dan whom was the sales person I purchased car from and whom picked me up at the airport(flying in from NJ) was extreamly freindly. Mr crowder the amazing finance director and melissa who dealt with me the entire time. Where super nice. Professional is what this dealer ship is all about. I could not ask for a better car delivery. I received countless calls and emails about this vehicle. I was completely honest about my situation with negative equity. This car was within range to purchase. I was told they would call me back after seeing what they could do. I called them back numerous times to see what was going on and if they would be able to work with me over a span of days. No one would give me an answer nor call me back. Finally I spoke with someone and asked “look can you work with me or not so I can move forward with looking for a car” and was told “oh, I’m sorry, no one called you back? This car has a deposit on it.” I’ve never heard of a car having a deposit on it but maybe they do business differently. I called back later to speak to a sales manager and was sent to a voicemail. I still haven’t heard back from the sales manager. Obviously, if you aren’t a prime candidate for them to make the most money out of you they can, they could care less! Don’t waste your time on these people!

I bought a 2017 new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It’s a very nice vehicle and Brandon Jones was my salesman. He’s very professional and easy to work with.
Al in service has been helpful as well in taking care of some minor after sale details.

This dealership is more interested in getting your info and email info than dealing. I walked in with 29k in my pocket, trying to deal on a Camaro. The salesman kept saying I need to get your info. The Sales Manager, Odell? , came out shook my hand and said they were not interested. I would not have paid their $28,500 price but at a minimum they could havenegotiated on price. Don't insulte me with Petty used car salesman tactics.

The initial contact was great but as soon as I walk into the dealership things
shifted. Had an appointment with one guy and was told he was off. So
another guy takes over and when we did not like the vehicle we came to
see, he went to another lot to get another one, saying he would be back in 5

and then when I got home someone wanted the car so I called Kevin when
he checked the car was on its way to auction.. Kevin called and had them
