This seller listed a 2004 GT for sale for a decent price for a GT. Upon closer inspection, like most dealers, they had listed a Cambiocorsa as a GT. Some dealers do this on purpose, some are just ignorant to the difference. This dealer, I believe, was the latter because they did CC me on an email thread where the person in charge of internet listings was told to fix the listing. Listing fixed. No price change. People that can afford the Cambiocorsa upkeep will just buy a newer car. Okay, they fixed the ad, pricing is their choice. So, I made an offer, yes a very low offer, it's a Cambiocorsa! They replied with a photo of the car, with a window sticker that said one owner. The CarFax stated there were 6 owners. After exchanging personal insults, we both went our separate ways. I bought from a competitor and the Cambiocorsa is still sitting in their lot. Why 3 stars? Because I did visit the lot to pretend to be interested in a different car and they were polite and professional.

I called to ask some details of the car I was interested to buy. Rep who answered my call didn’t know about the car anything and promised me that someone will call you today and answer all my questions about the vehicle. I asked her twice about someone will call me TODAY and she promised me that she will keep it under her control. Of course nobody called me in 5 days and after that I knew that the car was sold out. More over this dealership will charge you $1000 over asking price for some crape installed in car and you can’t refuse it. My rate is 0 but it’s it an option here. Only ONE STAR!

I drove two hours in traffic when I got there to try to switch the price on me not only that I asked about the accident that I had they told me it was a small fender bender under 500 but in reality it has frame damage I pulled up to report myself when I asked him why did you switch it? He said all dealers do that. After we worked on it for a couple of days to get the finance ready, so just check your paperwork and the price before you sign anything

Beware of this dealership!!! HORRIBLE experience. Contacted this dealership and submitted an application with Sonia. She had me fill out the form and email it back. I asked her to process the application and that I would go to the dealership ONLY if I was pre approved since my 4 y/o daughter had a terrible sinus infection and we live an hour away. The next day she sent me a message saying we are good to go and we set up an appointment. When we arrived we found she had NOT processed the application, she lied about her boss approving in-house financing AND the BMW X4 that is currently listed DOES NOT have a backup camera as the description clearly states it does. After 4 hours, they were not able to approve the application, offered to follow up and didn’t. Luckily I found a nicer X4 with the Xline package, lighting package and technology package for 3k less AND I was in and out of the other dealership within a couple hours. Only star for the friendly guy who sits by the window.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. Had a very complicated trade in that they made quite easy and gave a fair price for both cars. The process was seamless.

dealer responded with a phone call when I made an offer of 3 thousand less than they were offering(porshe had been sitting there for 3 months) In my email I stated to respond to my offer if they wanted to negotiate.He was rude and told me he could get the asking price at auction.I told him well obviously you cant since you have been trying to sell it for 3 months.Then he hung up on me. Very profressional.

Dealer only contact once

Really bad dealership. Sent me a car that they knew was broken. When I called them to resolve the issue they did nothing about it even thought it was clearly their fault and they knew the car was broken before they sent it to me. Never buy cars from them. All they care about is getting your money.
